酒店工作人員服務還是挺好的，有遺留東西會第一時間聯繫溝通是否還需要，房間入住時還給我們升級了的，房間的面積也比較大，朝小區的隔音很好睡覺特別安靜，房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，床品也很舒服，房間也可以連接藍牙播放音樂。另外酒店的早餐味道挺好，特別是米粉都比較入味，二樓洗衣房可以免費使用（我們有聯繫工作人員上門收取幫洗的，還會疊好在送回房間）

麗楓接送站的服務真的超貼心！工作人員全程微笑服務，主動幫忙搬行李，車內整潔舒適，是7座的專車，瞬間緩解了旅途疲勞。司機師傅專業又耐心，提前確認行程，路線規劃合理，準時抵達不耽誤事。酒店早餐的岳陽湯米粉太合我的口味了。以後來回岳陽絕對會再選這家，強烈推薦給需要接送站的朋友～

和朋友一起來岳陽玩，辦理入住的時候倆個工作人員很熱情，看到我們是有四位入住還主動多給我們房間贈送了洗漱用品還有拖鞋，房間衞生打掃的挺乾淨的，房間還有藍牙音響可以播放音樂，還詢問我們如果是乘坐高鐵來岳陽的話酒店還提供免費接送到高鐵站的服務，酒店去往岳陽拍照景區打車很方便，車程差不多20分鐘左右，酒店周邊吃飯超市都有，還是挺方便的

選擇的酒店讓住的很放心！酒店的位置很優勢，買日常必需品都很方便的，吃飯的地方有非常多，交通更不用多説非常的便捷。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，還貼心提供了周邊遊玩建議。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，隔音效果也很好，晚上休息得非常安靜。早餐種類豐富，味道也很不錯。整體住下來一晚，性價比還是很高的。以後在這邊出差就選這家了！

第一次入住這家酒店，房間非常的舒適乾淨，服務是真的好，給我房間做了升級處理還另外贈送了早餐，房間的空調效果很好，找前台多拿了一張電卡遊玩回來進入房間很涼爽，酒店的位置還是很好找的，出門也能立馬打到車，離熊貓基地開車過去二十分鐘，費用也不是很高，退房因為時間太趕跟前台溝通又給我免費延時了一會，給予了我們充足的時間收拾行李

到前台辦理入住聽着小姐姐説著一口湖南話太可愛啦，酒店步行10分鐘就有一家茶顏悦色，附近也有其他奶茶品牌，酒店最方便的是洗衣服二樓有洗衣機和烘乾機洗完烘乾就可以直接打包，真的很方便了，因為在迎接湖南旅遊發展大會岳陽樓那邊人真的超級多，（旅發大會期間岳陽酒店訂房真的超優惠）去網紅景點拍照打卡的人也不少，但是絲毫不影響我的出遊熱情

和室友一起來岳陽遊覽岳陽樓和洞庭湖，在攜程糾結了很久還是選擇訂這裏，酒店離高鐵站還是非常近的，10-15分鐘的車程，重要的是酒店有免費的接送站服務，距離景區打車過去很方便，離岳陽樓和熊貓基地都是20分鐘的樣子，酒店房間挺好，前台還給我升級了房間還安排了安靜房間，休息的很好，重要的是空調效果很好加上隔音效果好，讓我第二天才有精神遊玩
