在理工大門對面，入住很快，老闆態度特別好，而且房間也很舒適乾淨，對比了幾家之後還是選擇了這家入住，性價比比較高，樓下就是理工美食小吃一條街，超多美食，而且出行也很方便，非常滿意
。

牆壁裝飾挺好看，不錯。空間20平方左右，挺寬闊的，位置優越，附近就是湖南理工學院（南院），下面都是小吃街和酒店公寓民宿客棧，餐館超市便利店，交通便捷，這是一家前年新開業的民宿客棧，裝修還是比較新的，各方面都很滿意，性價比非常不錯，價格美麗，房間設施一應俱全，屬於温馨清新淡雅色調的風格，隔音效果可以，也安靜，氛圍濃厚，大部分都是理工學院的學生們，在這邊逛街吃飯玩樂，離洞庭湖也近，距離不算遙遠，岳陽站有7公里左右，公交站台就在外面，還有天橋可以通行不用過紅綠燈斑馬線。
橙悦之選！值得的，吃喝玩樂兩不誤！
不管是出差還是旅行或者工作都可以，地段還是蠻合適的，岳陽樓區的繁華。
