this hotel reception staffs are nice, but it's a little unconvience to get restaurants or supermarket something from the hotel. also ,breakfast's taste is not good , they have to try to cook better !

整體體驗感就挺差了，設備老舊，房間還有上一任客户落下的眼葯水，穿衣鏡糊滿東西，都照不清楚，所謂的正版視頻軟件，就一個愛奇藝，還動不動被擠掉線，這價格也頂多88吧，還188，唉～

這個房間很大很寬敞，衞生搞的乾淨，工作人員服務態度好很熱情，給升級了影院大床房 ，隔音效果也很好，超大投影，影片很全音質畫面效果都很不錯，還有免費的洗衣服務，適合情侶或者家人一起來，體驗感一級棒！！服務極致！

位置挺好，出門就有公交，而且離南湖公園還有孔子公園很近，周邊環境很安靜。
接下來是説實話環節，商務出差需要用電腦長時間辦公的建議換一家，原因是房間有個圓桌，但是椅子跟桌子高度不配，雖然配了兩把椅子，但是桶椅沒有靠背坐久腰受不了，有靠背的椅子太高肩受不了，我説的是電腦辦公2小時以上的，輕度可以忽略。再有就是酒店不隔音，不隔音應該是酒店通病了。
最後我要説的就是，這家酒店在服務方面是我這次出差住過的幾家酒店裡最好的沒有之一，辦入住還給倒茶水，免費洗烘衣服務，誰會拒絕夜晚應酬後來一碗免費的解酒粥。
這家酒店的服務尤其是前台一個字：絕了
