衞生不錯，被子都是非常乾燥的，很舒服，最近連軸轉很累，休息得很好。最舒適的是所有員工的服務，很好，是如家連鎖體驗過最好的一家，出門前阿姨都在隔壁非常仔細地拖地！辛苦了各位女性員工！祝五一愉快！感謝

服務態度特別好，前台姐姐很好很温柔，不管是寄存行李還是幫忙找掉在房間的物品都很耐心，環境也很好，有機器人送餐，很安全，是這次來岳陽玩非常開心的地方

酒店位置距離岳陽站很近，出站右走幾百米就到了，都在一條街上，周邊吃飯方便，距離岳陽樓公交5站，去岳陽中華大熊貓苑也有多路公交，離步行街很近，很方便吃住行遊購。酒店設施完善，服務周到，有餐廳洗衣房，房間隔音效果還行，熱水供應挺好，床品不錯，睡得很踏實。後面還有停車場，方便實惠。

整體環境是比較乾淨的，前台姐姐的態度也很好，但是這個床單衞生真的挺差勁的。p1是躺下去發現的，有一大片橙黃色的污漬。請上來換床單的大叔支支吾吾地説他看不清，然後給了我們個新床單，如p2所示，也是不乾淨的。

離岳陽火車站非常近，不遠就有多條公交線路前往岳陽樓景區，交通便捷。前台工作人員服務熱情，讓人感受到家一般的温暖。酒店設施很齊全也很新，還有個健身房。自助早餐很豐盛，還有當地特色的米粉可以選擇。
