衞生：房間有異味，臭臭的，太累了，不想換了，湊合睡吧…
環境：升級臨湖房，早上能看到大湖。
早餐很一般，沒有酸奶，牛奶也是涼的，基本的飲品不能保障…粉還行。
位置很偏，停車方便。
設施：都是智能化的，房間也夠大的，好評。

房間很大設施很新，服務也是非常好。早餐的粉也可以。地方雖然偏，但是對自駕遊還算可以，停車很方便。尤其是樓下的充電樁那是非常方便。有點遺憾的是酒店的被子有點厚了，冬季空調不能製冷。以及，窗户隔音有改進空間

從來沒有想過岳陽還有這麼好的酒店，真是讓我驚呆了。本來抱着試一試的心態和朋友們入住這個藝龍朗悦酒店，沒想到環境非常好，服務一級棒，早餐也是讓人眼花繚亂，我朋友説他這輩子都沒有住過這麼好的酒店，以後要天天來住。而且酒店還有無敵視野的花園露台，還有白楊湖景區近在咫尺，270度湖景房，真是住的太爽了!

房間佈局很喜歡，也很乾凈，自助早餐選擇還是蠻多的，適合大眾口味，酒店裡麪全部是全屋智能小藝語音控制，給人體驗感很不錯，入住期間還配送了歡迎水果以及助眠禮品，很Nice，值得推薦，出差不錯的選擇，價格也非常公道，下次還會考慮。
