Location is great, you just need to take bus 36 to the hotel, the bus station is just right next to the Yufuin station.
Hotel is right next to the famous Lake, n you just walk straight down to the main touristy, shopping street, everything is just right there, the inhouse onsen is nice too, although the water in one of them is not hot enough. But be considerate inside your room because its not sound proof, so just tread softly, speak softly too. I'll definitely go back again.

Very nice hotel that highly recommend. Very good location, closed to main shoppping street and 金鱗湖but quiet. We stayed in the room with private hot spring which is super good. The convenient store is just 1 min walk away. Surely will stay here if visit 油布院again.

Facilities: Most rooms on the 3rd floor do not have shower facilities. There are two private bathhouses on the 1st floor, which require waiting in line (first come, first served)
Environment: Quiet environment, very close to walking, and not far from the busy shopping street
Service: The front desk staff was friendly and patiently explained the usage hours of the facilities and the main matters of entering and leaving the room.

The room is still small, there is no shower facility in the room, you can only go to the public bathing area to take a bath. We have to pay for the bathing fee when we check in, 250 yen per person. The hygiene is still OK

A B&B hot spring hotel in Yufuin has two private baths available. It is very close to the shopping street and Jinlin Lake, and it is very convenient for travel. I saw in the comments from netizens that there is a 306 bus that can take you directly from the JR station to the roadside 100 meters from the back door of the hotel. I searched for a long time but couldn't find it. It turns out that it goes straight in front of the JR station for about approx. There is a bus transfer station 100 meters away. Take bus No. 36 (to and from Beppu) and get off at Takemoto Station. You can enter from behind the hotel, which is very convenient.
