Very good ryokan get away.
The room was very clean and the onsen was terrific, especially the public one with the view of the mountain.
Recommended if you are staying in Yufuin.

The service was horrible. I won’t go back to this place again and won't refer to the friends and families.

I think I will remember the white snow-covered Yufudake mountain that I saw while soaking in the hot spring water in the open-air bath and the fire burning in the bonfire for a long time. The facility was clean and the service was good overall. It was nice that there was a kotatsu in the living room, but the bedroom was a little cold. And the kaiseki that was served for dinner was beautiful and delicious, but it was a little disappointing that the food came out and filled the table regardless of the speed at which we ate... In addition, it would have been nice to have an old microwave in the room.

The service from the hotel staff was very good, and the dinner and breakfast were also very rich and tasted great! The hotel has a quiet environment and independent rooms, which are large and comfortable. There are also hot springs for men and women. It is worth recommending.

The hotel is exquisite and the location is slightly away from the station. It gives you the feeling of being quiet in the bustle and experiencing a relaxing vacation. I came here with my friends this time and I will come here again with my family next time.

The large communal bath (outdoor bath) is amazing....
There is a family bath, but you bathe in a tub.
If you are traveling with a group of the same sex, I highly recommend this accommodation.
See the stars from the large public bath, enjoy the view of the mountains during the day, and relax in the hot springs!

The environment is clean and comfortable, and the scenery from the terrace is endless and very comfortable. The boss is very kind and willing to help, which made me feel the human touch of a ********* B&B.
