When we arrived at the hotel we were warmly greeted by the owner and the staffs at the parking lot. We were luckily upgraded to the room with private onsen and it was an amazing experience. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious and the room was very comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed our experience here.

The owner is attentive. We have our own private bath inside the room, though the water is not hot enough, you can ask the staff to adjust for you. Overall very good onsen experience.

The environment is beautiful, and taking photos in the pavilion is quite interesting. It is also quite close to Yufuin for shopping. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service staff are very friendly and polite. They will do their best to assist with any inquiries. The hotel has a private hot spring room, which is very thoughtful. And there is a pick-up service from the station to the hotel, which is ideal.

It was nice to stay at Yufuin Onsen. I appreciate the thoughtful consideration, and the food was excellent. It was nice to have Korean staff. They gave me an umbrella when I checked out, and they kindly provided me with a tourist map, so I left with good memories.
