I read previous reviews that the hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service, but I checked via email two days before arrival but found it was not available. In the end, I ended up using the luggage delivery service at Yufuin Station!
The staff was very nice when checking in! It's just that when booking a room, I entered the information of one large and one small. I don't know if it's a problem with trip.com or the hotel. For one room and two meals, I can only choose one or not. For one, I can only choose the 2 big prices. No. One big and one small! Just because there are only 2 large choices, the hotel only prepares 2 large toothbrushes for cleaning! I saw that the hotel had toothbrushes for children, and when I asked, they said they couldn’t give them to me because I booked a toothbrush for 2 adults! This makes me a little disappointed!
They are one, one and one. In fact, I can also know the booking information early in the morning! When I arrived, they said they could change me to a children's dinner! Of course, if the price is very different, I won’t be refunded!
Dinner was in the hotel's lobby room, and the staff responsible for delivering the food were all very nice! The food was good but not much of a surprise! The kids meals are great!
There is a private bath in the room, which is why I booked it! The indoor private bath is useless because we are afraid of insects!
We checked out the next morning, and because we were going to change to another hotel, we asked the staff to help us transport our luggage to the station. We paid in advance and asked the staff to transfer us to another hotel at the station! It’s so convenient as we have to go out for fun early in the morning!
Overall it's good! The staff's attitude is very good!
