Love the antique building which is well maintained. The staff is very sincere n feels hospitality. Food is excellent n staff was kind enough to translate n explain every dish to us. Onsen in the room was newly renovated. We had an enjoyable n relaxing stay.

Great hotel, although the staff speaks no english but they will try all means to communicate with you, using their phone to translate.

A great hotel. Due to the late departure from the plane, we landed from 3pm to 8pm in Narita. The waiter at the door rushed to help pick up our luggage and said that we were overtime, but there was really no way, so far! In fact, from Narita to this 177 kilometers, it is best to take the sky accest to Shinagawa, and then change to Ito from Odawara to Yugawara. There is a bus from the station to the hotel entrance, which can be reached in 18 minutes. The hot springs are super cool, breakfast and dinner are beyond expectation, in short it is too comfortable.

Traditional Japanese hotel, the room is very large, the bath is going to the public bathroom, end at 12 o'clock in the evening, there is tea in the room, there are small snacks, the hotel is a bit old, but it is still good, compared to the Japanese city hotel, it is very comfortable, check out in the morning 9:30/10:00/10:30 There is a car to the subway station to help with luggage. こちらは無人のホテルです。 本館でチェックインして，鍵をもらい、自分で移動します。気楽な感じで、無人も気になりませんでした。 お部屋についてるお風呂のバスタブの中に、髪の毛が残っていて，掃除をしてないのかなとちょっと不潔感を感じましたが、どっちみち大浴場に入るのでそのままにしておきました。お部屋は広めで気持ちがよかったです。
