The environment is elegant, the room is large and comfortable, the dressing room, bathroom and open-air hot spring are in the same area, very user-friendly, complete toiletries and makeup remover care products, and a mask, considerate. Kaiseki dinner is perfect, every dish is made with seasonal ingredients, the taste is rich and delicious, the breakfast is also very good, praise the chef. We are the hotel in Tangheyuan for the fireworks of Atami. We were worried that the subway was too late at night. In fact, we didn’t have to worry at all. Atami is only one stop from Tangheyuan and five minutes to arrive. The hotel is about ten minutes away from the subway station. The distance, not too far, You can enjoy the scenery of the town on the road, it is very clean and comfortable, it is a very good experience."

AAnonymous UserThis is my first time to experience this kind of pure Japanese-style hotel. Although I only stayed there for one night in a hurry, the experience was very rich and colorful. The service staff was warm and considerate. Although we relied almost entirely on translation machines and body language, it did not affect our communication. The aunt who was responsible for taking care of us would patiently help us change our clothes, remind us to appreciate the cherry blossoms, and ask us where to go. It felt like my own relatives were taking care of the children who came to travel. This is probably the meaning of a family hotel. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious and sufficient! The girls really couldn't finish it! When I learned that someone of us had a birthday, I got a handwritten blessing card, which was very touching! Our friends agreed to stay more time to come here next time!

GGuest UserThis Ryokan is a bit secluded. Do email them if you need a free shuttle van service coming from the Yugawara train station (van service started after 2pm). Their is service is outstanding from the moment you arrived at the hotel. The room is huge and lovely. The open air bath area offered a nice scenic view during the day. The night view of the moon and stars while soaking in the bath is even more stunning. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious. The service staff was very professional and tried their best to explain the different courses of food with their limited English. Highly recommended for people to experience their first Ryokan stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice and It was a fascinating experience for me and my friend. Cats were soooo cute and adorable. It was a terrible mistake. I didn't go to neko Cafe with my cellphone. There were so many kitties and cats.
Momo slept with us, and she was so nice and cute. She slept on my hand so I couldn't move but it was so happy. If I go to Japan next time, here will be my first destination, and I'd like to stay long days. Thank you for the nice host. Thank you.
Oh, but if u want to ride an airplane from here. Please check u have many times to go to the airport. Here is a little bit far from the airport. But It will be a nice experience for those who want to live with cats in only one day like me!

莫莫莉楊The location is quite remote. I walked there when I went there and almost gave up. Fortunately, there was a shuttle from the hotel to the station when I left.
But the overall experience was pretty good, and the people in the store were very friendly.

GGuest User일본어도 영어도 잘 못하는 도쿄여행 처음 가본 여행객이며, 여행사에서는 욕실포함이라며 개인료칸 사진까지 올려 예약해서 갔는데 알고보니 욕실이란게 말 그대로 개인욕실일 뿐 료칸이 아니였습니다.
뭔가 잘못 됐다 싶어 열심히 손짓, 발짓하며 파파고로 소통하였는데, 말도 안 통하는 클레임에 기분이 나쁠 법도 하지만 얼굴에 구김 하나 없이 친절히 안내해주시고, 사진 속 방으로 업그레이드까지 해주셨습니다.
그리고 석식, 조식 너무 맛있게 잘 먹었고, 특히 석식의 경우 코스요리로 제대로 된 대접을 받는 기분이였습니다.
다음에 또 갈 수 있다면 가장 좋은 방을 이용해 또 다른 추억을 쌓아보고 싶었습니다.
