在新疆住過最差最差的酒店，沒有之一。我真搞不懂為什麼你們這酒店敢收600+一晚房費的
1.早餐真的垃圾，饅頭都硬了拿給顧客吃？牛奶拿水沖的什麼香精，你們自己心裡有數。600多的房費酒店管理層自己去看看給顧客吃的什麼早餐？自己細品
2.第一晚（10月25日晚上）入住的時候前台態度很傲慢嘛，開發票需要第二天離店後才能開票，那我續住一晚後為什麼當晚還沒過去換個前台就給開發票了？嗯？（備註：10月26日晚的前台人沒毛病服務態度可以，客人生氣後親自上門送水）
3.早上出門的時候跟你們前台強調過給我把4015打掃下，嗯了一聲。結果呢晚上回到房間該什麼樣還是什麼樣？
4.600價位的酒店好傢伙你衞生間連個地巾都沒有。
5.打掃衞生的上來了是個保安，手裡抱着這樣的紙巾，我真是醉了。讓她再加兩瓶水，人居然跟我説兩瓶水夠了，我真是醉了怎麼有這樣的酒店服務人員。
6.插頭硬到無語，很難插進去
7.洗澡熱水，7-8分鐘才變熱，你要把客人凍死嗎？
建議你們好好改進，你們的服務標準和質量要配得上葫蘆島、塔塔祕境等胡楊林景區的絕美風景

酒店房間比較大且比較乾淨，門前停車很方便，周邊吃飯也比較方便，早餐在酒店旁邊的牛肉麪店吃，麪食品種很多還有小菜挺豐富的，值得推薦

訂單上是一張2米和1.4米的大床，實際是一張1.5米和1.2米的兩張小床，存在欺騙行為，洗浴間門口地板濕滑，沒有放防滑墊，洗完澡出來還狠狠滑了一跤，安全設施不到位。新裝修的，裏面裝修材料味道也很大，必須要開窗户，否則很刺鼻

房間大，裝修現代，衞生乾淨，停車方便，酒店安排的早餐品種豐富，口味很好！特別提出表揚的是當天值班的前台服務員，熱情細緻的幫助我們解決生活上的小問題，保安大哥主動幫忙提行李。做到了讓客人——賓至如歸！

房間很乾凈，地理位置也很好！
我主要想説的是前台的小古姑娘，又漂亮又善良，當知道我們被蚊子咬了後，主動將自己用的驅蚊水送給我們，還給我們介紹當地的美食，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺，謝謝小古姑娘，謝謝厚德酒店！👍👍👍
