Stayed during the Chinese New Year. Every staff member was very gentle and considerate. They upgraded the room and informed us of the New Year fireworks show in the evening. The breakfast on the first day of the new year was thoughtful and sour soup dumplings were prepared. It is a hotel with humanistic care. Highly recommended

非常差的酒店，欺詐消費者，中午攜程上訂的538元，晚上入住的時候已經降到238元，也不給退費，也沒有宵夜和早點，酒店環境差，臨街嘈鬧，隔音差，酒店不正規，攜程上訂酒店可得理性，平台推送不可信！！！

房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，新開的酒店床具傢俱裝修都是嶄新的，浴袍很舒服，雖然臨街但是晚上睡覺完全沒有吵鬧的感覺，一覺睡到大天亮，早餐也很豐盛，下次到附近辦事還會選擇這家

酒店在榆林旅遊集散中心上面，門口有比較大的停車場，就是入口不太好找，在集散中心客車入口的邊上。房間能看到夫子廟和榆林老街，步行到夫子廟和老街衹需要幾分鐘，非常方便，房間乾淨整潔，早餐能吃好吃飽。

房間有點小，但佈置得非常精緻。前台的經理和工作人員都很熱情，迎來送往都十分得體的幫助每一位顧客，介紹周邊環境，為我們在榆林出行提供便捷。尤其是大堂的茶水供應非常有特色，晚上二選一的夜宵服務非常暖心。地理位置優越，去榆林古城很方便。

房間很好很乾凈，衞生整潔，晚上九點多還給了宵夜，早餐花樣沒有那麼多，但是每一樣都挺可口，羊雜湯湯頭濃郁醇厚很是不錯，餛飩也好吃，酒店地理位置很好，離古街商業街，都特別近，到了傍晚樓下旁邊到處都是小吃

首先得肯定工作人員的服務態度，非常的熱情，進門主動打招呼，有問必答，清明節停車場緊張的情況下，協調的非常好，沒定早餐所以不知道怎麼樣，房間很大，衞生也可以，一層有加熱礦泉水特別好，軟件都不錯，唯一不能忍受的是房間隔音實在太差了，這種硬件問題估計得老闆解決，7點半廣場舞開始，晚上10點半樓道里孩子的嘰裏呱啦，如果有可能旺季的時候老闆睡一宿702就感受到了，總得來説值得住，可以選擇非景觀，可能房間窗户對着後街，會很安靜，最起碼早晨睡醒不會頭疼

酒店就在市中心，位置優越，步行五分鐘就能到老街，夫子廟這些地方；設施都比較新，服務團隊很專業，幾乎是有求必應，晚上還能提供夜宵，很貼心；早餐品類不算多，但勝在味道良好，總體感覺不錯，有機會來的話可以再次選擇

第二次住H水晶酒店，服務一如既往的周到，夜間有免費宵夜（銀耳羹或麪），酒店很方面，在榆陽區夫子廟旁邊，交通便利，離榆林老街也近，強烈推薦大家去榆林住這家。
