The room was too hot, 29 degrees, and the air conditioner couldn't cool it down. We had to rely on natural cooling. A cooling fan was sent in the early morning, but it had a 16A plug and there was no 16A socket in the room.

辦入住的前台小哥熱情倒水幫我升了行政大床，送了歡迎水果，服務態度很好。
