前段時間去榆林出差，我入住了美豪麗致酒店（榆林萬達廣場店），本以為衹是一次普通的出行，沒想到這家酒店用他們的熱忱與負責，給我留下了難以磨滅的美好印象。
抵達酒店時，前台工作人員小肖熱情又高效地幫我辦理了入住，還貼心介紹各項服務，瞬間讓我感受到家一般的温暖，初印象就非常好。在酒店度過了舒適的幾天，退房後我便奔赴下一個城市。直到抵達目的地整理行李時，我才發現自己的重要文件袋不見了，裏面裝着對工作至關重要的資料和一些個人證件，當時我心急如焚，整個人都慌了神。
慌亂之中，我趕緊聯繫美豪麗致酒店（榆林萬達廣場店），本想着碰碰運氣，電話那頭的客服人員耐心地聽我描述情況，不斷安撫我，讓我先別著急，並表示會馬上聯繫相關工作人員幫忙尋找。掛了電話後，我心裏依舊忐忑不安，覺得找回文件袋的希望很渺茫。

沒過幾天，我就收到了寄來的文件袋，裏面的東西完好無損。這份失而復得的喜悦，讓我對美豪麗致酒店（榆林萬達廣場店）充滿了感激。在如今快節奏的社會裡，能遇到這樣認真負責、急客人之所急的酒店真的太難得。

前段時間出差到榆林，入住了美豪麗致酒店（榆林萬達廣場店），這次經歷簡直超乎想象的美好，必須要好好分享一下。
辦理入住的時候，前台工作人員（小瑤）臉上洋溢着熱情的笑容，不僅辦理速度快，還貼心地給我介紹了酒店的各項服務設施，細緻入微的關懷瞬間驅散了我旅途的疲憊。
走進房間，第一感覺就是乾淨整潔，佈置温馨又舒適。房間的細節更是處處彰顯着酒店的用心，比如準備了多種類型的枕頭，滿足不同客人的睡眠習慣，還有貼心的小夜燈，起夜的時候也不會覺得刺眼。
但真正讓我感動的，是入住期間發生的一件小事。我不小心把電腦充電器弄丟了，第二天又有重要的網上會議要參加，當時真的特別著急。我試着聯繫了酒店的客服，本以為會得到一些常規的建議，沒想到客服人員（建偉）立刻表示會想辦法幫我解決。沒過多久，就有工作人員敲響了我的房門，原來他們專門出去幫我購買了一個適配的充電器，還細心地確認了充電器的各項功能是否正常。那一刻，我心裏的感動簡直無法用言語形容，這種超出預期的服務，真的讓我感受到了家一般的温暖。
酒店的餐飲也給我留下了深刻的印象。早餐種類豐富，從當地特色美食到西式糕點，應有盡有，每一道菜品都做得精緻可口。用餐的時候，服務員會及時添加飲品，收拾桌面，讓人感覺特別舒心。
另外，酒店的位置也非常優越，距離萬達廣場很近，購物、吃飯都特別方便。周邊的交通也很便利，無論是去機場還是火車站，都能輕鬆抵達。

環境很好，入住了很多次了 ，第一次還是試營業的時候，今天還吃了個早飯，早餐很豐富，種類挺多的，前台的工作人員小樑很熱情，就是早上洗頭我把頭繩摘下來放在洗髮水的架子上了，當時還在想一會別忘了，吹完頭髮還是忘了，退房走了以後小樑給我打電話告訴我撿到東西了，這個酒店服務人員真的不錯 雖然是不值錢的小東西但也確實花了200多買的，真的十分感謝 不然真的不知道丟哪裡了 我記得早上10點退房，本來這都是小事情 從這件事説明瞭這家酒店整體員工的素質水平很強 本來想着肯定找不到了 而且太麻煩，沒必要 前台小樑還和我要了地址幫我郵寄了 有的時候帶着孩子忙忙叨叨就會落下東西，這家酒店我每次拉下任何東西 那怕是一瓶洗面奶，一件外套，一個水杯，一個髮夾，每次都幫找到過 或者寄存 酒店前台小樑都會及時聯繫 所以這次一個扎頭髮的小頭繩，説了這麼多，酒店環境很好，很乾凈，隔音效果不錯，工作人員小樑熱情，餐食也好，這麼多的好，也希望你們一如既往的對顧客負責 看到了東西不要覺得客人不要了也好，不值錢也罷，都要給客人打電話確認一下，在做處理，讓人入住很放心的酒店。 力推這家酒店 。

真心推薦 確實不錯 尤其服務態度和酒店設施都非常好 唯二有點建議的是：其一風格有點暗（個人喜好）其二門口外邊停車場太拉了，車放在那被剮了，也沒有人管理。別的真心都不錯，推薦👍

去了很多地方出差住了各種各樣的酒店，美豪麗致的服務做的是最好的。登記入住的時候有歡迎茶水，前台武陽很熱情給介紹了酒店的早餐這些 房間裏有歡迎水果和牛奶。後來才看知道是每天都有。礦泉水無限暢飲，房間又大又乾淨。 前台服務人員都很好 打掃衞生的阿姨 會幫你洗襪子這些 真心不錯。

整體環境，地理位置，服務都還不錯，不過當時定房間主要是看中了贈送洗浴門票，結果到了以後説初七才開門，也沒提前告知，離店後發現説送下午茶和歡迎水果也沒有提供，有一些遺憾。

這家酒店位於經濟開發區，是一家知名的連鎖酒店-美豪麗致。在這家酒店的員工中，有一位叫做小申的服務員，小申對待工作非常認真負責，他總是盡最大的努力去滿足顧客的需求，而且總是微笑着面對每一位顧客。一次，我在酒店5樓的餐廳用餐時，不慎將紅酒灑在了衣服上。非常着急，因為一會正準備參加一場重要的商務會議。小申得知後，立即趕到現場，用乾淨的毛巾幫助顧客擦拭衣服，並安慰我不要着急，酒店會幫我處理好衣服的清洗問題。之後，小申迅速聯繫了專業的洗衣店，將我的衣服送去清洗，很快小申送來了衣服。非常及時的幫我解決了問題。讓我在這次會議中沒有出任何問題。 謝謝小申的熱情服務，這種服務態度，意識都是其他酒店沒辦法對比的。真心贊
