Everything is fantastic except that they don't offer two important services. The first is money exchange and the second they don't request a taxi for clients. You have to stand in the road and wait for your luck to get a taxi which is not good news when the temperature is 15 below zero. In addition, no one speaks English. Otherwise, it is an excellent hotel and staff are very friendly.

Shengli Hotel is a good hotel. It has three meals a day, including supper, breakfast and tea. The front desk staff Xiao Ai and Xiao Wei are very friendly. Every time they see me with a suitcase, they help me pull the suitcase.

I have stayed in Shengli Hotel for a week. There are free supper, breakfast and afternoon tea every day. They also upgraded our room for free. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Xiaobo and Xiaomin at the front desk.
