想着出差定一個小一點的房間，沒想到前台小姐姐跟我説今天還有權限可以幫我免費升級一個房間，真是太善解人意了，而且服務這塊也沒話説。值得五星好評，也寬敞一米八的大床，以後來到玉林還會回來住的👍

1、保潔缺乏服務意識，把個人情緒發泄給住户
本次入住最令人憤怒的經歷來自酒店保潔人員的惡劣態度。由於房間本來他們就少放了紙巾，入住次日早晨我便致電客房服務，説明“房間紙巾用完了，麻煩送一下”。隨後，一名保潔員敲門後直接將一卷粗糙的捲紙遞給我，立馬轉身就走，我本來是需要捲紙+抽紙，於是詢問她是否能給我補充點抽紙。她不耐煩的回頭，大聲質問：“你怎麼不一次性説清楚要抽紙還是捲紙？等會再送。”我整個人都是懵的，住客在電話中已明確説明"補充紙巾"，作為專業服務人員應當主動確認具體品類，而非將工作疏漏歸咎於客人；其次，即使存在溝通誤差，也應保持職業素養，而非用抱怨、甩臉色等方式對待住客。後面我再次致電客服才給我送過來。酒店事後也並未就此事進行任何跟進道歉
2、酒店馬桶漏水
入住當天發現馬桶周邊有一灘水，剛開始以為是清洗後沒有拖幹。直到晚上發現地上積水越來越多，我們開了空調到今天早上有少量面積的水乾了，留下一些痕跡，但還是不斷有水出來，如圖2、3。由於上述保潔人員服務問題沒有得到有效解決，投訴機制失效，這個馬桶漏水的事情我們也不覺得會得到妥善處理，於是沒有繼續反饋前台。具體漏水情況可以參考如下圖片

房間佈局很合理，空間寬敞，一點都不覺得擁擠，地理位置也超棒，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全。走幾步就有各種特色小吃，晚上還能去附近的萬達廣場逛一逛消消食。交通也很便利，不管是打車還是坐共享都能輕鬆到達各個景點。

這家酒店的1.35米木雙床房間非常寬敞、舒適。床鋪非常適合兩位成人，床墊軟硬適中，保證了一夜好眠。房間的木質傢俱顯得很有質感，整體裝修現代簡潔，給人一種温馨又舒適的感覺。服務也很貼心，讓人感受到賓至如歸的體驗。

非常棒：無論是酒店外觀、環境、設施、服務，都很好。早餐餐廳在一樓大堂一角，早餐比較精緻，就餐氛圍也不錯。停車場很大，有邊門直通酒店客房和前台，唯一不足是停車場內有施工材料，不太乾淨。出酒店右拐彎一個十字路口有一家避風塘餐廳，做的菜挺好吃，不貴，人均消費約77元。酒店距雲天宮不遠，開車大概7分鐘時間。
