You need to walk along a sloped road or walkway to reach the guesthouse — about a 10-minute walk from the train station. It has many stairs — I went up to the 4th floor with my luggage. Luckily, the owner helped me when I checked in, but at check-out, I had to carry my luggage down myself.
When you come out from train station, you can find local eateries, Mcd, KFC, cafe ("Encounter Cafe" has nice coffee, croissant and comfy environment that play jazz music..) and convenience stores.

The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room is nice and clean. To my surprise the bed had a heated mattress pad, very wellcoming at the cold nights.
It's next to the train station but a bit distant from city center.

Stay less than 24 hours there so my experience must not enough to describe fully the service. When I was arrive there the receptionist seems close already, I try contact via Trip.com but it linked to phone hotel which its difficult for me to call the owner as mostly thehy can't speak in English. I hope the owner makes initiative to answer guest that booking via third party like Agoda or Trip.com so it will be easier for me.
The room I book not provided aircond and no showercap or basic toiletries given, usually hoteel.provide like tooth brush, tooth paste but nothing was there maybe they forgot to replenish I don't know as I also check in late around 9pm. Overall , its a strategic locstion for those who want to catch up train early morning because the hotel location just like 400m away from Ljiang railway station (high speed train)

Its close to railway station, 9min walk. I stayed there for half day before late night flight. The owner was very kind, helped me with luggage and walked me to my didi. The room had great view to the mountains. I really enjoyed the short stay

Aocation is perfect for train connection as railway station is in walking distance.
An ebtrance to the hotel from the main road is a bit up hill, but if you are strong, or come with wheeled luggages, then it should be fine.
Family room are on 3rd floor and there is no lift, so might not suitable for the older.
Beds are equioed with heater.
Room is equiped with air con and heater.
If you wish to get into old town, there are many buses from bus stop in front of train staion.

The host is very nice and lovely.I just came late and he waited for directing the way, helping me to carry lugguage upstairs, bringing me to the station.
I appriciate him so much.
The hotel is very convinient and clean.I will come back agian
