The hotel has 14 rooms, including 13 scenic rooms facing the snow-capped mountains and one century-old ancestral home family suite. Each room is equipped with Marshall speakers, Epson projectors, Hisense TVs, Atour zero-pressure memory pillows, Acca Kappa toiletries, Kohler showers, and Jomoo smart toilets to ensure a comfortable stay. Nice location. just outside Baisha old town. Room is spacious and well equipped. Outside the room. the yard seems right below the snow mountain.. It's great view. Special thanks to the front desk staffs who gave me advice to local restaurants which was super nice. Overal, I will recommend this hotel to my friends who come to lijiang in future.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and the manager and staff was warm and welcoming, offering us and helpful tips about the local area.
Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was polite, attentive, and genuinely interested in making my experience as perfect as possible!
One standout moment was when I needed assistance with a last-minute request, and the team not only handled it promptly but also followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate made all the difference.
Their waffle is so good too !
The hotel's amenities were top-notch, but what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning to kuiran for my future stays. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stat at Kui Ran. All of the staffs gave the best service during our stay, making sure that we as a big family feels comfortable and happy in the hotel. The view from our room is super beautiful, we can see the Jade Snow Mountain directly! They provide us with afternoon tea and night snack too! The room is very spacious for three people, I chose the room that has a sofa bed. You definitely have to try their coffee!! Definitely going to recommend this place to friends and other relatives!

The most satisfying homestay in Baisha. You can look up and see the towering snow-capped mountains when you open the curtains in the room. The public area is very beautiful. The butler service is very good and responsive. It is a plus. Various details are super five-star. Bonfires are organized at night. I praise this breakfast until 12 o'clock!
