Our stay at the Lijiang Shanhai Villa Resort Hotel was absolutely exceptional! We were greeted with breathtaking views of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from our room, making every moment a visual delight. The hotel is located in a secluded and quiet neighborhood, perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.
The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service provided by the lady at check-in (Xiao Mei). She was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Not only did she assist us with our needs, but she also drove us to Lijiang town to explore the local night market, where we savored delicious local delicacies. On the way, she even stopped at the stunning Lijiang Cherry Blossom Avenue for us to capture some beautiful photos.
Overall, the hospitality we received was top-notch, and we left feeling completely satisfied. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat with exceptional service!

The room facilities are very old, and there are many cracks in the bathtub. 2. It takes a long time to get hot water, so long that I wonder if there is no hot water. 3. The design of the room is anti-human. To draw a curtain, you have to climb up the bathtub and then climb up the windowsill. The curtain is not drawn tightly and light comes in. 4. The homestay is run together with the cafe. The cafe downstairs allows smoking and the smoke is very strong. It is not suitable for bringing children.

The B&B has a great environment and the view is first-rate! I kept taking photos when I arrived, and I was lucky to have booked a great value room. The two ladies who own the B&B are interesting and enthusiastic. Two days is not enough, and I want to stay a few more days. The surrounding environment is very good and quiet. I can hear the chirping of insects and birds every day and enjoy the relaxing vacation time. I heard from the B&B lady that it will be more beautiful in winter. I have already booked my flight tickets and will come again in winter.
