早餐比較一般，但餐廳二樓的風景很好，可以望雪山，可惜沒有時間去營地玩

這個酒店環境很好，他裏面的營地有很多玩的，遠離那些吵鬧的古鎮，小孩子在草地上奔跑很開心，離玉龍雪山有20分鐘的車程，自己開車很方便，早餐也非常和口味推薦

感覺就是度假區的公寓房，要自己拿着行李上3樓，真沒感覺到有什麼服務，房間裝修簡單，早餐簡單，床鋪有味道。屬於簡單過渡一晚型。

The hotel is quite far from downtown but nearby the Yulong mountain. The environment was good and many activities inside. The staff were friendly and tried to communicate, a bit misunderstanding you will have to recheck. The breakfast is totally fine and bed is comfy.

棠岸是個很難評價的酒店，好是基於它的位置、外部環境，差的是它的房間設施、服務等等，但是説差不能忽視它的定價，在這個價格上提供的環境和基礎服務還是對得起你付出RMB的，當然如果能再往前改進下，我願意付出更高。
* 酒店環境：本身屬於復地旅文集團的大型旅遊地產項目，度假酒店部分是ClubMed，剩下住宅區域的一部分聯排別墅作為棠岸酒店經營，共用一片園區的營地花園，就在玉龍雪山下，環境很棒。但是園區商業部分應該還沒有全部完工，仍在建設中。
* 服務：
* 入住前一日酒店客服會提前加微信，給導航、服務、天氣提醒，比較貼心；前台和園區售樓部共用大堂，前台人少，有時等待時間有點長，前台的態度也並不理想；
* 聯繫前台服務主要靠打電話，房間電話沒有直達前台的電話，需要撥打手機，我入住期間從未打通，特別是叫酒店電瓶車接磅，聯繫微信客服每次也是“好的，馬上”，但是因此從末叫到酒店的電瓶車來接送。
* 房間
* 均位於3層聯排，無電梯，我們的房間在3樓，入住時有酒店電瓶車小哥幫忙還算方便，走的時候根本叫不到車衹有自己來，相當痛苦；
* 房間內部設施較為簡單，3星酒店標準；
* 衞生間較小，熱水器供水，前台特別關照洗澡要注意梯隊安排；
* 有陽台，陽台上可見玉龍雪山
* 餐飲：衹在雪山餐廳吃早餐，很不錯，雖然品種不太多，但是勝在味道不錯，品質尚可。
* 阿美澤營地：住這酒店的主要原因是美麗的阿美澤營地，非常出片，當然外來拍照的人也不少，但相對於麗江的大部分景點來看，這裏都算是可以接受的；下午茶就是兩杯飲料兩塊蛋糕，出品並不理想，但好在環境漂亮。
* 周邊：距離白沙古鎮3公里多吧，如果主要活動區域不到麗江古城、束河古城都還好，否則最好是像我這樣自駕的，那還算方便。不想走遠，那衹有酒店的雪山餐廳和阿美澤營地的簡餐可以解決，但是提醒下營地的簡餐衹做到晚上7點……
總體講，棠岸的優點和缺點一樣明顯，如果你自駕且對酒店服務、房間設施要求不高，又想以不高的價格享受雪山景觀，那麼棠岸是個很好的選擇。
