Housekeeping needs to scrub and deep clean. Pictures attached. Walk in and see fingerprints on the entry door inside. Some kind of stain on air conditioner. Drapes in bedroom off track. Bathroom floor, urine around toilet base. Dead bug in corner, floor under sink counter has visible dirt. See pictures. Dust buildup on baseboards in room.

I was very put out with this Hilton, and I now have a new question to ask before I ever book at a Hilton again. You will notice from the attached photo that there is NO CONDITIONER in the bathroom. When I asked for a bottle to be replaced, the reply was "We are not required to provide conditioner." I'm sorry. Seriously? Like with blow dryers, hotels have been providing conditioner for years. I no longer travel with shampoo and conditioner, which is really nice considering TSA's standards of under 3 oz bottles. There was no apology. It was a firm, this is the way it is done. Don't stay here!!! And, when booking with other Hilton hotels, I recommend checking to see if conditioner is supplied.

Stayed here for the night while traveling to California - I made reservations for a suite that had a kitchen for a family of 4. These suits are definitely not designed for a family they are made for 1 person. The receptionist was very friendly but wanted to tell me and my family how he is a part time terminator and what sort of bugs he kills which I really didn’t care for. I was charged for parking when it’s Free? The swimming pool was as hot as bath water it was too hot for my grandson to swim also there was no shade.

Very accommodating, spacious. Kristal Miller assistant manager was very nice and helpful. The free breakfast was good, I especially enjoyed the waffles. We stayed to take care of family business. Meet our needs perfectly. *************

Stayed here 4 nights for business. Very nice hotel. Staff always friendly & helpful. Nice heated pool year round. Property was clean all around. Rooms were very roomer, comfy beds, full kitchen was very convenient

Such an amazingly friendly hotel, it feels like home from home! The staff are so welcoming and the hotel facilities are excellent! My only niggle is that the pillows in Homewood suites are too soft, otherwise it would be a straight 10/10 🙌🙌🙌

The hotel itself is very good: clean, good amenities, good breakfast, nice sized rooms, but most notable was the friendly, helpful staff with an extra shout out to the breakfast ladies. Close to fast food outlets. Thank you

We have historically stayed at another pup friendly hotel in the area and gave Homewood Suites a try this trip and am so happy we did. I have status with Hilton and was able to take advantage of pre-check-in/digital key which allowed me to go right up to my room with the dogs without all the hassle of keeping them wrangled while checking in. The room was very comfortable, clean with a little kitchenette. Very handy when you travel with your furry friends. Would definitely stay here again. I think what I liked most is the location -- it was not clumped in over by the mall area with the older hotels where it can be a pain getting in/out.
