真的是太棒了，入住的時候床單有污漬，反應後及時給換了房，晚上回來睡覺時，發現桌子上的贈的秋天第一杯奶茶，真的很暖心，第二天退房的時候本來是14點退房，15:40走的，本來按照時租收費的，沒想到沒有收費，按金原路返還了。感謝美女貼心的服務。以後來玉門還選擇你們酒店。

先説結論:前前後後住了快二十家了，沒有一個服務這麼差的。首先客觀説硬件，外設都是雜牌，鼠標連驅動都沒有，打fps掉幀。其次沒有外窗，有煙味。最後，也是最重要的，服務奇差。前後説了三次要訂三人間，老闆説不確定退不退房，但是可以協調，並且在當天早晨我們在智行上預訂了三人間，甚至中午還答應我們幫我們從雙人間搬東西換到三人間，結果中午吃完飯回來就變了，説三人間沒退，四人間五人間也定出去了，現在的解決方案是讓我們再訂一個雙人間，三個人住兩個雙人間，並且在378的三人間基礎上再補90塊？那我想問我的兩個朋友千里迢迢來我們三個人住兩間房？那來這裏的意義是什麼呢？還有468的均價和協調有什麼關係呢，不就是我們給你們再多訂一間房嗎，是你給我協調還是我給你提高入住率呢？哪怕前一天你説我們加價留四人間也行，協調留房的結果就是我們前一天的住客第二天被跳單。從來沒有過這麼差的體驗，玉門又不是衹你一家，勸各位參考我的體驗三思。
