The room has floor-to-ceiling glass on both sides and is next to the road. It is very noisy and hot. I woke up from the heat at 7-8 o'clock in the morning. The air conditioning of the air conditioner does not work at all. The store owner said that this kind of room was reserved on the platform. After learning that I My attitude was even worse when I was on a business trip. I just walked away and didn’t deal with it.

Unsatisfied, unsatisfied, unsatisfied. I called before booking to confirm that there were two business king rooms, but when I arrived, I could only get one. The front desk told me that one room would be temporarily given to their hotel manager! I finally found a business king room with a broken door lock, but the toilet was blocked. I was forced to stay in a standard king room without a refund for the price difference. It was outrageous! I have never enjoyed this kind of treatment before. Their leader is God! ! ! What is a customer? Inferior people? !
