差差差！！
1，酒店居然要按金！什麼年代了！！前台小姑娘説我們也不想這樣，那面對消費者的反饋，你們倒是調整啊🥲
2，這麼大酒店沒有地熱暖氣，用的空調，好，空調就空調，昨晚開的30度制熱最大風力，到了早晨房間24度，我想不明白空調作用是什麼？
3，一早被旁邊唱戲的給吵醒了，我真的無語了🤦♂️😓
好的點：
1，性價比高，同價位在南湖賓館衹能訂到最基礎的，而在這裡能訂到行政的！
2，房間很大，性價比特別高！！
可改善的點：
1，關於房間温度：預訂的人晚上8點以後還沒去辦理的話，可不可以給打個電話確認下幾點到？然後提前給空調打開呢？這樣消費者體驗會非常好，而不是一進屋子冷的不行。
2，行政級別的可否提供果盤或者小零食？起碼我要點好評時候有東西可發。
3，按金問題參考其他城市的酒店怎麼做的，我去濰坊富華都沒有按金。
就這些吧，不敢再説了。

酒店管理和服務太差了！早餐標準是到9：30，但8點50去吃早餐的時候幾乎全部清空，現做區、熱菜區、涼菜區、飲料、麪包、點心都衹有部分盤子剩了一個底，其他盤子都空了，並且現場一個工作人員都沒有。好不容易找到一個服務人員，問可以做個煎餅果子嗎？態度非常冷的説：沒有了。我説現在才8點多，不是到9點半嗎？工作人員説：有的都在這裏了，住的人多，麪糊都用完了。。。問：能用麪包機考個麪包片嗎？沒有麪包片了，工作人員説：今天沒有。問什麼都是：就衹有這些了，沒有了。甚至還問：您還想吃什麼？這些不行嗎？所以我衹能撿了幾個盤子底吃。後來有顧客因為這個問題跟餐廳工作人員理論，因為提到要投訴，工作人員才説別生氣，您想吃什麼給您做，就出來幾個人慢悠悠補餐，煎蛋的也出來了，在部分盤子裏補了少量的菜。就這種態度，還星級標準，太差了！沒遇到過那麼差的酒店。
請攜程及酒店不要打電話給我修改評價，這就是我的真實反饋，不會修改的。

首先很少差評，三百多大洋的酒店，體驗感真的很差，一個酒店大門的門口全都是油漬，臟兮兮的，門的貓眼幾乎都是壞的，反鎖也是壞的，屋裡裝修的細節還不如一個連鎖酒店細節。名氣打的挺大，現實卻真的很打臉！床頭的插座也不知道怎麼設計的，可以充電，但是手機放那裡呢？門窗上面全是怪灰塵，一個電視後面的線亂糟糟，衣櫃的門反覆好多次都打不開！這個裝修真的就像走了走樣子！！早餐也是吃到最差的一個酒店！大晚上盡然廣場還有唱歌的，吵的沒辦法工作！這三百多花的😤，很差的一次商務出差！不過要給前台小哥哥點贊，落下的刮鬍刀親自給送過來了。

房間空間蠻大的，周邊環境不錯。離水滸好漢城也算近大概2公里。衞生條件算OK，很多婚慶在這裏。前台接待熱情周到。可惜餐廳服務很差，一點也不像旅遊景點附近的酒店~

以前住過一次，很乾凈，皇宮般的感覺，主要也安靜，邊上啥也沒有，但，充電樁是可以有的，從南邊開進去的宴會廳和客服部還是應該好好區分一下，裡邊相通也行，主要是還不相通，倒車好麻煩哦。
