每次都住這個酒店，前台劉瑞瑤美女記得我的喜好，每次把房間都安排妥妥的，確實讓我感覺被重視，酒店地理位置優越，出行便利，附近的購物和餐飲也非常豐富，酒店內部的設施一應俱全，整潔乾淨，服務親切友好，真的讓我有賓至如歸的感覺，推薦入住

看了好久看到這家酒店網上評分高。就打算來體驗一下，前台陳瑞瑤小姐姐服務很好很熱情，有求必應，必須點個贊，房間乾淨舒適，床很軟很舒服，房間採光不錯，也很安靜，酒店有自己的停車場，停車也挺方便的，還可以接送高鐵站，這次自駕，下次有機會體驗一下，下次還會來的，值得推薦！

1. 前台接待十分熱情，辦理入住時給前台美女説需要安排靠街邊的房間，前台劉佳瑤美女快速協調好辦理入住並贈送入住歡迎水果，業務能力不錯
2. 地理位置不錯，附近吾悦廣場，萬達廣場搭車10分鐘路程
3. 酒店一樓茶餐廳下午可以和朋友喝喝茶，聊聊天，挺不錯
4.前台還有放運城文旅旅遊的小冊子，非常貼心。

來運城第一選擇還是這家美巢雅韻酒店，大廳大氣，大廳角落有個書架，喜歡拿本書到房間看，房間舒適 、衞生乾淨，5樓的健身房很棒，每次都選擇這家酒店！而且附近出門很方便不遠就有吾悦廣場，運城博物館還有東湖早市，搭車都很方便，酒店出入多次也不要停車費都很好，前台劉涵美女服務態度也好，每次都是笑盈盈的，儘量滿足客人的需求，五星好評！！！

動車站接站/接機服務：提前一天預約了接機，準時有人聯繫，按時來接也未拼其他酒店的人，體驗很好。
環境：附近有條美食街，有名的魚+麪就在那兒，吃東西蠻方便的。
設施：好的是房間面積足夠寬敞，沙發、桌椅都有。匪夷所思的點，浴室、馬桶間全透明玻璃！！洗臉盆跟床之間也是漏縫的，反正在床上能看到淋浴間。不知道酒店管理者和設計者有沒有自己住過，標間這樣設計是給什麼人羣住呢？？
吹風機隱藏較深，翻了好幾個櫃子才找到，這吹風機也該退休了，把手根本固定不住，需要一直摁住開關鍵不説，把手還扶不直，求求換掉吧…
有提供潔面乳和卸粧液，但我是不敢用不熟悉品牌的，感覺大多數人都會自帶，建議省下來的錢換吹風機吧！

端午節選擇了運城短途遊 ，早早就在網上訂了房間，一早西安出發中午就到達了酒店🏨門口的保安大叔很熱情的安排了車位，前台美眉也很熱情，還送了孩子專用的拖鞋🩴和牙具，房間乾淨整潔，枕頭也很舒服，樓下的幸福裏餐廳的菜品值得推薦，連吃了好幾頓😁聽説跟酒店是一個老闆，唯一不太滿意的就是衞生間的私密度欠缺一些，以後來運城還會繼續選擇!

經常住美巢雅韻，服務態度我很認可，房間裏的設施設備也很齊全，前台有個百寶箱裏面有濕巾碘伏棉片還有沖可貼等等，總之他們很用心的在做服務，大廳也配有多種飲料可以選，早餐也非常不錯，對了還有免費的打印機可以用，前廳主管服務沒得説超級贊👍

房間很舒服，，又大又乾淨，早餐口味非常好，各種菜品菜量補的也很及時，房間需要任何東西打前台電話機器人都可以送上去很方便，尤其現在正值夏天，礦泉水不限量供應，充分考慮了客人需求，十分人性化。入住期間需要打印東西直接到一樓大廳打印即可，非常適合出差人士，特別表揚前廳服務員劉紅小姐姐服務好。
