設施：酒店設施齊全，除了我有點睡不慣那個枕頭，覺得怪怪的，其他的都挺好的，也送了一份入住的水果，是橙子吧可能。另外就是上電梯需要刷卡，外賣也是機器人送的，安全性和私密性都挺好的，入住的時候外面有個停車場應該是酒店的，因為退房的時候前台小姐姐問了一下有沒有開車來，所以應該是有免費停車位的。
衞生：阿姨打掃的挺乾淨的，也會主動問好很有禮貌。但是我們那個房間剛進去的時候有一點點消毒的味道，可能是草酸或者其他的吧淡淡的，但是出去的時候開了窗户，回來就沒有了。
環境：在鹽湖區去哪裡都挺方便的，晚上餓了還可以吃隔壁的火鍋？哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，反正去哪裡都挺方便的，最多就十六七塊錢（旁邊那個巷子裏很多很多好吃的！！隨便找了一家搖滾雞都沒有踩雷！！！）
服務：前台美女小姐姐服務很好哦，幾乎有求必應。要什麼東西也都會讓機器人及時送上來。客房部的阿姨很好，餐廳吃早飯的時候工作人員也很有禮貌。
總之，是非常滿意且具有性價比的一次入住！

房間設施齊全乾凈整潔，服務非常熱情，早上車虧電了，前台不知道怎麼辦，立即通知店長，店長找來了一個男的師傅，來幫我打電，還是沒打着，他們這個**事請修車的師傅到酒店停車場才把車打着，又到修車店換電瓶，最後是終於把車修好了，運城給我留下了很好的印象，非繁酒店的那店長小姑娘心也很善良負責，好樣的，前台同志好樣的，修車師傅好樣的，謝謝非繁，謝謝運城，我一定下次出差還去住，你們好樣的

跟朋友去運城打卡，感受一下山西歷史文化還有美食，預訂的這家酒店，本人是華住會員本來定的漢庭，從網上搜了一下酒店推薦，這家是第一名，看評價都挺好的，過來試住一次，反正性價比很高 ，説説感受觀點吧，1、服務非常的好，進大廳小姐姐很熱情的打招呼2、主動幫我拿了行李，她們那個總經理小姐姐看到我們走到大門口，就急忙出來開門拿行李，態度非常還非常好，隨和，一直跟我們聊天，推薦美食，打卡路線3、得知預訂不含早餐，最後送了早餐讓我們一定要去吃特色雞湯混沌，第二天去吃了，確實可以，雞蛋餅也好吃4、退房時小姐姐主動問了入住還滿意嗎，哈哈哈，太滿意了，送了咖啡路上喝，回京高鐵上喝一杯咖啡，美好，聊天時候好像她們總經理小姐姐就是北京的，素質很高，也非常漂亮年輕，電梯海報挺亮眼啊，顏值在線的小姐姐，下次還來還來，轉粉

假期和女朋友來玩，看到網上評分入住的，房間當時提前兩天打電話幫忙升級了純凈，入住時前廳有小零食吃，感覺還不錯，等待辦入住的客人都能喝點茶水吃點小零食，酒店環境大廳比較年輕化，房間衞生很乾凈，進大廳就讓人比較舒服，前台的小姐姐們都很漂亮，服務也特別的好，女朋友當時香水忘記帶了，就心想前台酒店肯定不會給客人準備香水的，小姐姐可能會有，打電話詢問能不能借香水用一下，小姐姐就把自己的香水送了上來，女朋友説特別表揚一下此酒店，不會直接拒絕客人需求，用心的幫助客人解決實際問題，往往的舉手之勞打動人心，用自己的東西去滿足客人，值得大家去體驗一下此酒店，退房時經理還送了我們美式咖啡，感謝小姐姐們，性價比超高的一家酒店

和老伴出來自駕遊，路過運城，在這個酒店住好幾天了，環境特別的好，乾淨舒心，一開始擔心房價一百多，衞生肯定不好，就先來酒店看了環境，房間衞生，才預訂的這家酒店非常值得入住，性價比十分高，環境非常好，前台小姑娘漂亮、專業、服務真的很很好，一進大廳都特別乾淨、舒服，房間也比較大，辦理完入住老伴一直在前台問路線，小姑娘很耐心一一講解推薦，最後一天我們去了永濟，還想住非繁，讓前台幫忙定，可惜沒有非繁酒店，住了一家酒店，沒有這家好，分享給你們

小假期帶家人來運城玩，我的父母年紀比較大，母親坐輪椅不太方便上酒店門口台階，去前台詢問有沒有輪椅通道，她們很熱情的叫人幫忙抬輪椅，還有一個小姑娘幫忙攙扶我爸爸，積極的服務和熱情，辦理好入住幫忙送到房間，細心的告訴我們帶長者入住房間有防滑拖鞋，長者洗澡一定注意安全等。。。就像家人一樣囑咐我們，真的很暖心，能看出來她們專業、心善、服務沒有敷衍客人，房間也特意安排的距離電梯最近的，長者比較方便，房間乾淨很舒服，安靜，大姐態度很好，第二天給房間多放了幾瓶水，怕我們不夠喝，讓我們喝完再要，很滿意的入住，感謝非繁的家人們，會推薦給朋友，祝你們生意興隆

這次入住真的被前台的服務驚艷到了！從辦理入住到離店，每一位工作人員都熱情專業，細節滿分！ 到店時雖然人多，但前台小姐姐手腳麻利，還主動幫我升級了房型，無論早晚，每次路過前台都能聽到温柔的問候，甚至記住了我的姓氏，有種VIP的感覺~ 半夜空調不太製冷，打電話到前台後，5分鐘就上門修好，還連連道歉送來了果盤補償！ 特別感謝賀美女以及前台所有小姐姐，你們的服務讓出差變成了一種享受！下次一定會再選這家酒店！

非繁城品房間實際比照片還好看，佈置的很合理設施也很新，衞生嘎嘎乾淨，而且酒店管理很好，晚上睡覺很安靜，枕頭尤其舒服，一整晚安睡。酒店位於市中心，交通便利，去哪都很方便，最重要的性價比特別高。前台小姐姐無比靠譜，每次有問題都是耐心解答，服務無比的好，會推薦朋友過來住，我再來運城也會選擇這家酒店的。
