前台服務：前台工作人員是否熱情、專業、高效。例如，“前台接待非常熱情，辦理入住和退房手續迅速，還主動為我介紹了酒店的設施和周邊景點，服務態度超棒”。
• 客房服務：客房清潔是否及時、細緻，對客人的需求響應是否迅速。比如，“客房服務很貼心，我上午打電話要了額外的毛巾和洗漱用品，不到十分鐘就送來了，房間每天也打掃得很乾凈”。

這是入住體驗最差的一次，沒有之一。原因如下：
1，説好的免費停車，臨近到達酒店前打電話，接通後直接掛斷電話，無法獲取停車位置訊息；到達後，和我們説停車口腔醫院，但是無人值守，無法入內。又再次找前台，才抬桿進去。但是第二天，又沒有人值班，無法出口腔醫院停車場。找前台，態度惡劣，一直説自己已經設定抬桿，把她帶過去，都在嘴硬，真是無語。
2，私自更改入住房型。原訂單為大床房，到達後更改為三人間和標準間。這是入住這麼多酒店沒見過的，攜程訂單不給留房間，還是請攜程介入好好查一下吧，同時核對下價格。
3，衞生差。這是這麼多酒店衞生最差的，沒有之一。住了三天，全程沒有人員收拾房間衞生。每天都找前台，前台答應很好，但是第二天仍然不收拾房間衞生。十一大家辛苦，但是也不能一點都不收拾吧？一次性牙具、拖鞋都是自己去前台取，同時，洗髮水是袋裝的，品質很差。下圖是上次租客遺留的臭襪子，這衞生真絕了！！！
最後，請介意衞生的慎重選擇，再次建議廣大旅遊朋友，最好不要選這家酒店。

房間寬敞明亮，酒店有專用的停車場，停車方便，寵物友好。酒店位置優越交通便捷，步行可達運城博物館，周邊吃飯方便。

酒店位置還挺好找，附近有沃爾瑪，也有很多小吃店。房間衞生還可以，就是衞生間的味道有點大，一直抽風。因為寵物友好才訂的。停車場在距離酒店50米的口腔醫院院內，免費的。

酒店位置不錯，在中心醫院對面，周圍吃飯的地方很多，有一家驢肉店口味很好。酒店後面有挺大的停車場，辦完入住手續後，從口腔醫院的門開進去。酒店房間還行，服務不錯，不足之處是衞生間乾濕不分離。

房間一般，設施有些舊，有中央空調説關了，因為天涼了，但那天（20241014）很熱，一晚上熱醒好幾次，小窗開一晚上一點風都沒有，早晨退房説了情況，櫃枱服務員頭都沒抬一下，也沒支聲，我一個人説了個寂寞，唉……

這種店就不配在攜程上收買，連最起碼的旅館都不如，真不知道運城的衞生部門怎麼關的，這是花錢住豬窩嗎？真想不到這年頭還有這種店，床單被罩不換，別説消毒了，面盆裏面居然都是血，醫院門口的酒店，這是讓人住的嗎？打掃衞生的人穿着拖鞋，真的是噁心至極
