MEHOOD EZZI Hotel (Yuncheng Ideal School Huanghe Night Market)

Environment: Very bad. I stayed in this hotel yesterday. I booked a room for one day, not a terminal room. I worked all night and wanted to sleep peacefully during the day. Every half hour at noon, the front desk called three times to ask about refunds. I don't think that time is the same. It's just over 12:00, so it's still early before 3:00. What do you mean? I didn't sleep all night. During the day, the front desk and the cleaning staff asked me if I wanted to check out. I still didn't fall asleep during the whole day, and I still had to get a room. As soon as I entered, someone else had smoked cigarette butts in the bathroom. Can't you clean the hotel? I originally left this hotel the day before yesterday, and I thought I had to learn how to stay in the hotel. Be quiet. I asked four times from early morning to 12:00 whether to check out or not. The front desk also added cleaning services. Also, I didn’t wear any clothes for taking a shower so early in the morning. So the cleaning staff just swiped my card and came in. **Whose house is at 8:9 in the morning Check out at :00. I paid ** until 3:00 pm. I didn’t even have any clothes on and the cleaning staff saw all of them. The service environment of this hotel is so bad. I’m so embarrassed to open it. Calling me over and over again to ask whether you can refund is like rushing you to leave. (This hotel has a bathroom in Yantai. , the cleaning staff randomly opened the room in the early morning, and when I had just finished taking a shower and had nothing to wear, the cleaning staff and the front desk kept urging you to check out, three times in half an hour, and there was no way I could fall asleep.) The environment and service were extremely poor.

定這家酒店是看進八個月沒有差評，才定的，結果太讓人失望了 先説優點，房間比較大，喝茶的飄窗很喜歡，最讚的就是果盤，很豐盛 接下來説缺點 1.剛進房間床單被罩有污漬，讓客房服務員換了一遍，結果我再檢查的時候床單上還有污漬，再次聯繫前台讓換，前台告知我他們酒店基本每個都有一點小污漬，那個洗不掉，我就想問，洗不掉污漬的布草是不是可以申請報廢，前台提出給我換房間，我説不用 2.房間裏桌子上都是灰塵，飄窗墊上有頭髮，放茶葉的罐子還有茶漬，這衞生真的堪憂 3.下午洗澡的時候小花灑還是壞的，放水的時候那個噪音，我錄下來了，讓前台聽了，估計把她們都嚇一跳，跟前台反饋了以後工程師傅説壞了，給換了一個，前台又給送了個果盤 4.我們回來的晚，半夜一兩點了，到睡覺的時候關燈，結果走廊的燈關不掉，致電前台，前台告知那個是感應燈關不掉，行，那我就想試試看我們都不在那的時候看關不關得掉，結果就是關不掉，壞了，感應燈變成了常亮燈，我睡覺不能有亮光，一晚上沒睡好，頭巨疼 總結，我是真的無語，好評刷來的還是就我這麼倒黴
