the hotel is good but the staff not approachable they didn't even speak English so that we could understand what they were saying and the slowness of their processing for the room and their check-in time which should be 2pm because that is what is stated on their site and we can go to the room

The accommodation is clean, the breakfast is exquisite, and you can go to the park to watch the show at night with the room card, which is very exciting. The only two shortcomings are that the bed is hard and not very comfortable to sleep on. In addition, the room rate does not include the sauna, which requires an additional fee of 250 to use, which is a bit of a pity.
It is recommended that the hotel can be open for use to increase the willingness to stay
