整體環境不錯，服務人員都比較誠實，如果不是過於挑剔之人，春秋更值得暫住數日。尤其是廚房服務人員用自種的蔬菜製作的點餐菜品更是主打一個超級好吃健康實惠！下午3點多廚師還單獨為剛來沒吃午飯的客人制作了爽口的菜品，確實值得稱道！！！

翠峯碧水環繞中掩映的度假酒店，衞生設施完備，服務熱情，房間不含餐，可以根據個人喜好單獨點。
入住可以參觀秦楚民俗博物館，收集的很多民俗物品，看得出來花了不少功夫呢！強烈推薦五龍河遊覽，去過的人才能懂身處玻璃水世界的愜意！

房間乾淨整潔，服務周到，山莊內綠樹成蔭，河水碧綠環繞，清晨的鳥聲特別清脆，周圍環境安靜，適合睡眠。餐廳飯菜環保，可口。很舒服的一次旅行。離五龍河景區特別近，山莊是我們温馨的一次感受！

衞生不錯，雖然在山裡，但也沒有什麼蟲子，也沒有黴味。
環境清幽，門口就有條河，空氣清新。
服務略差，主要是餐飲方面，吃的東西很貴，也不好吃。一碗素麪38（就是白水煮麪），素菜炒菜48，肉菜都要六七十。建議大家開車去縣上吃吧
設施方面還行，衞浴床品什麼都可以。

房間乾淨，浴室熱水足，洗漱用品可用。前台服務好，環境優美，飯菜都是用柴火做很美味，適合全家休閑出行，會再次入住。

房間的走廊燈是感應的，壞了，自己一亮一滅，就這麼一個晚上，根本睡不好，還有空調，應該也是出了問題，不停的啟動關閉，晚上顯得聲音很大，另外窗户正下方有風機，開窗户會影響晚上睡眠。除此之外，都還可以，離景區很近，服務態度也很好
