服了 入住時就説第二天不住 但平台退不了了 老闆承諾説平台給他錢她就退給我 結果衹退水電費30塊錢 房間訂不出去當時為什麼不給我打電話我直接回來住 解決不了就扣我的錢 而且我訂的大床房入住的時候給我安排3床的？環境還差 窗簾都是壞的 服了
