如果單看房型跟價格對比，就感覺性價比不高。但是入住以後，體驗感很好。猶豫帶上孩子還給免費升級了大床房，很貼心。酒店周圍的空氣很新鮮，喜歡酒店後院的大草坪，特別適合帶上孩子在哪裡玩耍，不用擔心有車流，很安全。而且接地氣。推薦天氣好的時候去，夜晚肯定還會有星星（我們去的時候天氣是陰天）。酒店裡還有餐廳，吃飯比較方便。還有咖啡廳和表演，遺憾的是還沒營業。要不然喝杯咖啡，看着孩子在草坪玩耍，想想都很美！

住宿環境OK，但吃飯不方便。酒店配套服務有待提升。
另外，雲竹湖衹適合垂釣，環境很一般，湖邊設施陳舊，不建議專程來玩兒。

一切的美好被餐廳的服務打敗了。酒店房間、環境、前台客服都很不錯，但是如果你是過來休閑度假的還是勸退吧。酒店餐廳問題:1.早餐就餐服務員會指定位置座不自由，早餐不是自助式，是服務員按人頭配餐，基礎配餐為，一杯奶，一碗粥，一個包子，一個花捲，一個雞蛋，一節玉米。一盤炒菜。完全不問顧客需要什麼，衹要餐廳服務員覺得。2.中午就餐，上菜速度慢【可理解等待】，常菜無規則可言，憑服務感覺先上那個桌就上那個桌。有點桌沒點的菜上錯了就直接給其他桌等待的客人了。
我來是度假放鬆的，你卻在吃飯這個問題上平繁的搞人心態。勸退返程了。最後和所有看評論的有旅遊客説:雲竹湖是個好地方值得過來玩。

總體來説酒店環境不錯，衞生一般有頭髮，但是服務極其的差甚至是惡劣，早餐包子每人衹有一個，不給加，餐廳服務員板個臉我是欠你錢還是咋了？中午因為鐵人三項比賽封路沒法出酒店，在酒店就餐，午餐秩序極為混亂，酒店餐廳在提前接到比賽封路通知的情況下並沒有提前預案，本人及朋友前往餐廳就餐，被告知出菜慢，出菜慢可以理解，等了半個多小時上了個炒菜心，後續服務員連續上錯了兩次菜，而且連句不好意思也沒有 ps:依舊是早上那個服務員，到最後甚至不按照順序上菜了，明明我們已經等了好久，比我們先來的都上了好幾個菜，我們這桌依舊是一個青菜，很離譜，最後酒店服務態度你們自己反思一下，都是過來遊玩的，被你們這麼噁心一下心情都糟了

設施挺新的，感覺就像森林營地，草坪太出片了，正好趕上8月15大月亮，夏天的晚上應該很有氛圍！

環境不錯，周邊遊玩的地方也聽多了，就是沒有吃飯地方，衹能吃早餐，其他時候都要到下面的鎮裏吃，這點不方便

整個驚呆了，整體環境非常不錯，廳院滿眼綠色，安靜，典雅，餐廳漂亮大氣，有格調且飯菜不錯，價格適中，房間也通透好看，設計風格不錯，我住過各式酒店，温泉等五星級，這個像四星級的，總之體驗感不錯，早餐花樣多，但要7點半到8點鐘吃，太晚就少了。停車方便。我們住的雙人標間，但星空帳篷也蠻有調調的。我帶了坐輪椅的父親來，坡道設計得好，方便輪椅客人入住。

重在體驗吧，孩子覺得挺好玩的。拍照很出片。但是帳篷嘛，基本不隔音，外面熱屋裡更熱外面冷屋裡凍死。我們去的第一天下雨，被子潮的開了一晚上電暖器，不敢想象已是伏天。
