Friendly service, the room looks nice, but the room has a strong smell of sewer, especially the bathroom, there are hairs on the toilet seat that have not been cleaned, and the sound insulation is average

Big problems: 1. The water is not hot: The hot water in the room I stayed in was basically not hot. It was so cold to take a shower that I caught a cold and altitude sickness the next day. 2. The air conditioner is noisy: There is no central heating, so the air conditioner has to be turned on, but the noise is too loud and I can’t sleep well at night. 3. Poor surrounding environment: It is located in a small alley behind the Yushu Museum, next to a garbage dump. The worst thing is that coal is burned around at night, and the air is full of smoke. We dare not open the windows. 4. Service needs to be improved: I arrived at the hotel at around 10 o'clock in the morning, checked in at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, and was given the worst room. The boss's attitude was still very good, but the stay was so uncomfortable that I was sick for several days. I really can't give a good review. I hope it can be improved.

酒店暖氣非常熱，房間裏穿短袖活動的，前台熱情，房間衞生好，一次性毛巾，熱水充足，停車方便，價格合適，不錯不錯！

非常滿意的一個酒店🏨，服務態度很好，老闆娘態度很好熱情，交通方便，酒店環境衞生都很齊全，乾淨整潔，還有附近有飯店超市，反正我是很滿意🤙🤙🤙

房間衞生設施都還可以，新開的酒店，掛着7天酒店名字才定的，從10月31號退房就一直在聯繫開發票，從電腦壞了到接電話説馬上開到不接電話，到現在一週時間無果，讓人無語的酒店。

2024年的新賓館，房間裝修和衞生都不錯，熱水也挺好，吹風還是徠芬的，推薦~
