維也那飯店是一個具有歐洲風格的飯店，非常明亮、設備新穎，智能衛浴、還有智能管家小度，非常方便，能幫忙絕大部分的需求。很棒。又近聶耳公園、三千城購物廣場、吃飯、美食很多，早晚散步環境超優，早餐也很豐盛、非常多樣，值得推薦，下次來一定會再入住。

第二次入住維也納酒店，一如既往的喜歡，房間設計雅緻舒適，燈光設計很温馨；房間很大，擺放的兩把椅子坐感不錯。不滿意的是這家酒店，衞生間和卧室之間的牆上做了一塊大玻璃，晚上睡覺就是把全部燈關了，玻璃上也有微光透射，因為馬桶裏有藍光，關上馬桶蓋這種光也遮不嚴，很影響睡覺。之前住過的維也納酒店就沒有安裝這種玻璃，這家酒店應該考慮一下住客的感受，希望能改進。環境衞生有待提升，才入住就發現衞生間洗手盆外面底部有根長頭髮，按了需要房間整理的按鍵，也沒人搭理，最後衹有不了了之，這個按鍵不會是擺設吧。服務應該像漢庭酒店學習，細節決定成敗。
