This hotel must be rated badly. I called the front desk to inquire more than half a month before booking, and the front desk lied to us and asked us to book a king-size room, saying that the standard room did not have an outdoor hot tub. When we arrived, we found that the standard room did have an outdoor hot tub. I also asked for a quiet room, but we were still arranged opposite the noisy linen room. So I asked the front desk to coordinate to change to a standard room, but they refused to change and had a bad attitude, and asked us to contact Ctrip to check out and not to stay. This kind of hotel that openly drives away guests is really unprecedented. No one answered the hotel complaint phone number, and I realized that poor supervision has led to such arrogant and bad service staff. This kind of hotel is not far from bankruptcy! Please avoid this place, the room is old and shabby, and it smells like sewage, which gives me a headache. I will never stay here again!

Yingyuetan Lake is very famous in Yuxi. Our friends in Yuxi have brought us here to soak in the hourly hot spring many times. The accommodation has been renovated in the past two years, so I plan to bring my family here to stay. Facilities: Just renovated, the decoration is not high-end but sufficient. There is a private indoor hot spring pool and a public hot spring with a big slide, but I didn't have time to experience it. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy Environment: Surrounded by green plants, there are many mosquitoes, please pay attention to mosquito repellent Service: Every employee greeted with a smile, which proves that the training is in place. The prices of drinks and snacks in the room are similar to those outside, and it is also convenient to order takeout. In short, it is recommended to stay at Yingyuetan after the refurbishment of its facilities.

We booked a standard room for two nights on Ctrip. An elder brought his fifth grade child to play. After arriving at the hotel, the standard room was very far back, after No. 70. The elder said that it was a long way to get to the hot spring pool area in front, and it was inconvenient for him to take the child with him because of his poor legs and feet. We had to pay an additional fee of 185 yuan per night to upgrade to a standard room in the small house No. 10 in front. The elder did not tell me about this, and the child told me about it the next day... We checked in on Tuesday and Wednesday, and checked the Ctrip platform and found that there were many vacancies in the water rooms and small houses. How could two 77-year-old elders with a 12-year-old child be arranged directly in rooms after No. 70? Are all the water houses in front full? I haven’t been to the site to see the actual occupancy rate, but I am a little disappointed with Yingyuetan’s corporate culture…
