環境很好，但是管理缺少人性化，我們帶着孩子，酒店非要我們在房間裏面換好衣服才能去泡温泉，因為天比較冷，想跟前台協商要個更衣櫃子都不行，另外早餐品種太少

房間寬敞，有些陳舊但也還乾乾凈。停車場很大，可免費停車。温泉泡池較多，可請服務員隨時放水調温，很舒服。值得再來。

設施：有很多池子，而且每個池子功能不一樣，水也比較乾淨，很喜歡。
衞生：很乾凈的
環境：房間很大，還有一個大沙發。公共區域也有很多玩的。
服務：服務態度特別好，需要什麼都會及時應對

硬件軟件完全不匹配，設施和服務出現較大斷層。服務員態度好但素質低，什麼該講不該講，什麼該做不該做完全沒有概念，沒經過體統的酒店管理培訓，建議改進。

3年前住過，這次發現裝修更好了，泡池供應還是豪爽，雖然人不多，但是還是開了好幾處。就是東西沒有以前好吃了。

訂過幾次了，非常適合帶娃去玩，環境幽雅，多個泡池很有特色，還有小童遊樂的場地，房間非常寬敞，院子裏也有單獨的泡池，可以悠閑地享受生活。
