The place is quite ages but still well maintenance. I love the hot tub so much. So we never use the shower and tub in our room and we just went to enjoy the hotel’s public bath instead. The outdoor ones are very amused. It was one of my best stay and the first impressive ryokan style I have experienced. Highly recommend. The hotel’s staffs are so helpful, polite, and friendly. The breakfast is so so and the dinner is very nice presentation. The dinner comes with courses and it is quite fancy for me as they serve one by one. The main dish is fish but we love the grilled beef they served so much.

Very bad experience, my husband placed his glasses into the ski-googles packing box, then we go out skiing at the morning, when we back after dinner and hot spring at night. we found the packing box is lost in the room. But we surely haven’t brought it out. We asked the staff, the staff help to ask the cleaners, but they just said have seen it. So we lost the glasses mysteriously. And we haven’t found it at last. My husband love this glasses very much and it lost unexpected in the room.

Suitable for family with small kids. Walking distance to all the attraction or ski area. Their Onsen facilities and food served is perfect. Would return again

We were dem bois. pluses are they sometimes have interns who speak Mando in case you don’t speak Japo. Great value. Fantastic open air baths. Strong seafood. Pics are the kaiseki dinner service.
