This place is simply the best! From the check in, to the rooms, the services, the products etc. The onsen experience was 10/10. There’s even free shuttle, free boot rental, table tennis etc. Will definitely come back!

The hotel was a bit old but still tidy and clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The indoor dining options were so-so.
The outdoor onsen was a major plus.

The room is very good and the service is very good. The room is spacious and comfortable. The onsen is very good. When I went, there were not many people. The onsen feels like a private onsen. There is a shuttle bus from the train station and from the ski area. The staff is very good. The receptionist can speak English. Overall, it is very good value for money.

It was good for three people. The view outside the window was beautiful. Someone picked us up at Gala Station. The hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delivered to the room but the taste was average. Someone also picked us up when we borrowed ski equipment.

I am very satisfied with the ryokan I had a hard time booking and am leaving. It is a shame that I couldn't eat the kaiseki dinner, but I am satisfied with everything else. The ryokan was very friendly and they came if you call them by 8 p.m.
