Villa Vanilla with Heated Pool

Villa Vanilla! For us, it is a private resort. It is cleaned well. Microwave, refrigerator, household utensils and tableware for cooking various foods. I don't know because I didn't charge for breakfast. However, the washing machine was broken so I had to hand wash the clothes. If you come as a family in the summer, it would be nice because there is a swimming pool.

I advise against it, we had a room that did not correspond to what we had reserved. We had the impression of being in a cellar, with the noise from the swimming pool room even though the residence was empty. The sheets on the sofa bed smelled of cigarettes, mold in the fridge and not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. She didn't explain to us about the water, so no hot water for showering. Even more serious, the owner tried to charge us for extras: when we arrived, they informed us that the room chosen was too small for 4. So she advised us to take the higher range which would supposedly cost us less expensive than 2 extra beds, then she comes back and tells us that finally the room is available. Surprise the room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 children! She ultimately only charges us for one extra which will be much cheaper than the room…. I make a complaint to the agency so that they can call the owner but she still tries to ask me for the €20 on the morning of departure. By showing her the reservation voucher where everything was noted, she finally agreed not to charge us. Even if the owner remained cordial, we were received very quickly as if we were disturbing. The morning of departure, around 8:30 a.m. I had to ring the bell twice before she came down in her pajamas... The apartment is quite far from the historic center on foot.
