The interior and atmosphere of this hotel were so lovely that I wanted to stay another night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to women who love beautiful things. The female staff were also very kind and reassuring, and I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast had a homemade feel to it, and the tableware was carefully prepared, so I was impressed by each and every dish. I would like to visit Zagreb again just to stay at this hotel. Thank you very much.

This is a most beautiful hotel run by lovely hosts. Situated not far from the stairs to the new town, the hotel is a great location to explore the old and new towns. Our room exceptionally well appointed with a large bath, separate shower and toilet. It was a very spacious room and had casement windows which could be opened for fresh air. The windows had double glazing which kept any road noise out, making the room very quiet. The breakfast was amazing with a large range of food available including cereals, fruit, homemade yogurt , pastries, eggs cooked to order ,and local savoury delicacies. We had to leave at 5.30 am for a flight and they provided a breakfast pack for us which was very much appreciated. The ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

I have never experienced such a wonderful time in a hotel. It is more as home as a hotel. Wonderful rooms, a great breakfast and the staff is the best! I do recommend you all to visit also the area of the hotel; the upper city is really beautiful place, and the hotel is located in the middle of it.

What a lovely warm and welcoming place! We arrived late, but the nice gentleman at the front desk turned on the sauna so we could relax before bed. Each room has a subtle theme, ours celebrated a Croatian architect. In the morning there was a pretty big breakfast spread. The staff were super, couldn't do enough for us - we were treated like family.
