This place underwent NEW management. It was a nightmare trying to check in. The cleaning lady helped us for over 2 hrs. She used her phone to call her “ boss” who told us we had to register with an outside agency. We had to sign off on forms that told us we would be fined for ….. a list of items, including the trash. Not sure how we are to handle that. The room has ONE small waste basket in the bathroom. We booked two single beds, but after 2 hours of chaos we got a room ( with help from cleaning lady) it was the wrong room. We had to restart the process ALL over again. Please check this out BEFORE you book.

We were very disappointed with this choice. We arrived during a very warm afternoon - the air conditioner was not working (responding). I reached out to ask for help. A response came and I had already tried to do what was suggested. After trying and waiting for some time I had to reach out again to ask for some assistance. Opening windows was not an option due to the heat. The response I received was curt and basically said "'do what I already said and it will work". We tried for close to an hour and finally asked for someone to come to the room as it was not working. This request was not responded to. After some more time passed with no assistance, we sent a follow up message asking for some help or we would need to relocate. No response. In the end we left and went to anther hotel. No apology or explanation was forth coming.

The Regal Residence is on a pedestrian street just off the main square in the city, Trg bana Josip Jelacic. It could not be more central. The street is lined with restaurants and bars frequented by young and old together. A really exciting vibe. The room was very well decorated and maintained. Breakfast in the basement was good,

A fuir ! Comme il est indiqué sur les plateformes de réservation ce n'est pas un hôtel et il n'y a pas de comptoir d'accueil. Ils demandent à quelle heure on doit arriver lors de la réservation, mais personne n'est là, malgré plusieurs heures d'attente. Les coordonnées téléphoniques sont fausses (y compris celles sur le site internet) et ils sont injoignables. Ils ne répondent pas zu formulaire de contact du site internet. Le restaurant d'à côté, qui porte le même nom et est à la même adresse, dit n'avoir aucun lien avec l'hôtel....

Bella struttura nel pieno centro storico di Zagabria, a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Camere grandi, spaziose e comode. Colazione internazionale poco variegata ma comunque accettabile. Servizio gentile e cortese.

Super schönes renoviertes Haus . So wie die Zimmern. Wir hatten ein 1 Zimmer für 2 Personen. Super schön sauber. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Eins müssen wir nur bemängeln das die Klimaanlage für heissluft jetzt nicht tat und es kalt war, aber dadurch das wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und zum Glück es dieses Jahr nicht arg kalt war draussen es aushaltbar war wenn man sich unter die Decke eingekuschelt hat. Gerne wieder.

Struttura posta in una strada centrale adibita ad isola pedonale. Dalla struttura, in pochi minuti a pedi, è possibile raggiungere le più note attrazioni turistiche della città di Zagabria. Il personale è gentile e cordiale nonché disponibile ad offrire informazioni di vario tipo. La colazione è del tipo a buffet ed avviene in una sala sottostante la struttura.

Hotel muito bem localizado, distância a pé das melhores atrações. Muito confortável e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom. Simpatia e atenção dos proprietários. Só não dei a nota máxima porque não houve arrumação do quarto. Talvez porque o setor esteja se recuperando do período pós pandemia. Isso também não foi um grande problema pois passamos apenas duas noites. Precisamos de guarda chuvas e havia disponibilidade

Zeer centraal gelegen hotel. Vele bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Wij hadden kamer 8.ruime studio en geen geluid van buiten,wat heel fijn was. Prima ontbijt, broodjes, kaas en vleeswaren.eieren,yoghurt en muesli,sap,koffie en thee.vriendelijk personeel
