Zagreb Hotels with Pools

The hotel is good. Pros: good breakfasts. Very friendly and polite staff. Large rooms. Good firm mattress, comfortable beds. Small minus: some places are not quite clean. Total: good hotel for the money. I recommend it.

This is the first time I was upgraded to a suite at Marriott. Compared with the other hotels in Germany, this one is really generous! The room is very big, and I was a little scared to sleep alone at night. I was really touched by the welcome gift, red wine, biscuits and chocolate! The breakfast is very rich, with more varieties than in other hotels in Germany. There is no lounge, but I was given two drink coupons! Although the hotel is not very new, it must be full marks for the upgrade!

The room is big and clean. The key is that the swimming pool is great and is loved by children. The surrounding facilities are complete, there is a very large supermarket and Chen's restaurant that serves stir-fried dishes. The Chinese food tastes good.

I'm not a frequent hostel-goer, but my stay here was less than impressive despite the high praise it often receives. The 11-person dorm felt cramped, featuring creaky wooden beds placed too closely together. The bedding and air quality left much to be desired. On the plus side, the facilities were decent and relatively clean, including a bar area that seemed underutilized both by guests and outsiders. Considering the £20 per night price tag, there are plenty of other options in Zagreb that offer a better value for the same cost

I had a lovely stay; the room was very clean, and I loved the rooftop pool and the view. Additionally, the staff is pleasant and kind. The breakfast was also delicious, with a lot of options. I would stay at this property again.

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit racist towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience!
