Zakinthos Island Hotels with Airport pickup service

Overall facilities are good. However, the tourism consulting services provided by the hotel are lacking: I stayed for 4 days and the weather was bad, rainy and windy, and the boats out of the hotel were suspended. The hotel only provided their own services. When asked if there were restaurants or other nearby, they didn't know/or didn't tell. I can only stay in Shadian for 4 days. Actually, it’s not the case. On the last day, there were many restaurants and travel-related sea tours, including horse ride, car tour, jet tour, etc., just 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel. It was very lively.

The impression on the first day was very good. On the second day, I stayed in a room with a balcony and a view of the sea. It was very convenient but a bit noisy. The bathroom was a bit bigger, with more complete toiletries and a bathtub. The first room is not two rooms! The man at the front desk was very enthusiastic and happy. He gave us an extra breakfast. The breakfast was served in a timely manner but not so exquisite. The location is so convenient, there are restaurants everywhere, and it’s very convenient to take a boat🚗

It can be said that I have stayed in the best service hotel in Europe. The boss Mr. Dali was very enthusiastic, first upgraded the room to the most luxurious room with a large balcony facing the sea, and arranged different trips for us in Zakinsos for three days. We left our clothes on the beach a dozen kilometers away because of carelessness, and halfway to the airport we remembered that we had left things at the hotel, but the bosses were free to help us get them back. In addition, the hotel's restaurant is also great, breakfast is free, things are very rich, and the boss also sends us water or drinks from time to time. The photos sent are all hotel food. The hotel is located in the port of Zakinsos, the location is particularly convenient. Friends who don't drive can stay here and let the boss arrange everything. Zakinsos is really beautiful and highly recommended.

The hotel is on the hill. There is a shuttle bus to the town and the beach, but it depends on their time. The hotel is a bit of a sense of age. We booked a private pool suite but the pool was a bit dirty and there were corpses of bugs in it and there was no water. The room was generally ok. Dinner and breakfast were included but the dishes and taste were not good. There were only lazy ones in the hotel Big dog and a few cats like to follow you. When checking in, I explained a lot of things in detail. There is a free airport pick-up and dinner. You can't wear revealing clothes and drinks are charged separately. Overall it's ok!

There are not many varieties of breakfast, but at least there are fried eggs, boiled eggs, bread, coffee, cereals and juices, which can meet the basic needs of the Chinese people. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, there was no room left, I could only wait for someone to check out, but the hotel said that I could go to the restaurant for breakfast, but it was more humane. The location of the hotel is in the mountains, so you must consider renting a car when you come to live, otherwise you will feel that it is difficult to move.

The best place to be in Zakynthos and in Greece. We have now been for the 8th year in a row at Nicos and Mary Louise place @ Kymothoe. An amazing experience - we fell at home and is why we come back every year. Their attention to the details - beach towels, recommendations where to go, which restaurants to try, smiling all time etc. As of this year the wifi has significantly improved - in the living room and around the pool ! Though this year we decide to have a full break from work and emails :) The apartments are super equipped with laundry machine, full kitchen including dish washer and fridge. Staff is super friendly and the place is clean. The access to the private small beach has been renovated and together with the infinity pool and the service is inviting to stay around all day rather hitting any beach of the island.

Just returned from a family holiday St Johns villa’s,. Everyone of the staff are fantastic and a asset to St Johns. As everyone, a long over due break is what our family needed, 2 weeks chilling in the sun is what everyone works hard all year round for. We booked a 3 bedroom villa with Jet2, it didn’t disappoint, it was clean, spacious fully air conditioned, own pool, what more do you need on this beautiful island. The walk down to Tsilivli is about 10-15 mins downhill, which isn’t to bad to be fair, lots of amazing restaurants and bar’s to enjoy the night. We always walked back up the hill, if you have issues walking I would advise a taxi, plenty available. I honestly think is just what we all needed after been stuck at home for 2 years. It’s a great hotel with a great environment and a beautiful swimming pool. The owner’s two little daughters had a great time playing with my little cotton-padded jacket. They slept in the hotel until they woke up naturally, had breakfast, drank coffee, and leisurely strolled and walked around the hotel. You can see the sea in 5 minutes and have a wide view. We flew back to Athens in the evening, and the child wanted to stay in the hotel to swim and play with new friends, so we negotiated with the hotel to check out in the evening and pay part of the room fee. The day was very relaxing, and the child was very satisfied with this arrangement [laughing R]

I can’t put into words how incredible this place is, you won’t regret visiting Castelli. This is a family run business that will take care of your every need during your stay - The staff really care about you and will always go above and beyond to ensure that you enjoy every minute of your holiday. As soon as you arrive you’re greeted at the door with a massive smile and welcome drinks. The food is excellent and there is always a variety each day to try something new. The hotel is in a perfect place as it’s a short walk from Laganas beach and you can even walk to Kalamaki from the hotel. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, we had the Junior Suite Swim Up Room, it had everything you could desire. Waking up and opening your room door to your own pool and sunbeds is going to be difficult to forget! The entertainment at night was absolutely brilliant, we were treated to performances from Greek Dancers, Saxophone players, Bingo nights and so much more! This place has truly excelled our expectations of any hotel and we honestly believe you won’t receive the level of service that is offered here at any hotel. A special shoutout to Eleni who made our stay extra special and truly is exceptional at her job; alongside Jordan, Despina, Dina and the rest of the staff who make this hotel truly special. We will most definitely be returning and would recommend this to anyone who would like a personal touch to their holiday, whilst being in a cosy, exeptionally well-run family hotel.
