Best week here, food was great with a large variety to choose from, rooms were clean and had lots of space. The staff made the experience that much better with a special thanks to Yisar and Sylvia! Always very pleasant and looked after us well!

Upon arrival I initially found the hotel and staff pleasant. Nice spacious clean room Unfortunately the attitude of the hotel staff is the worst I have ever experienced. Whilst eating dinner we realised my little daughter had dropped her 10 euros holiday spends. I later watched a restaurant staff member crimple the money up sneakily right next to us. I said excuse me that's mine several times however she proceeded to ignore me. borderline theft in my opinion. The bar is purposefully set up and is staffed by one women with very little sense of urgency. one might say it is this way to deter holiday makers from using the bar. I do not drink so it did not affect me. Just an observation. The dirty looks I witnessed from several female staff members directed at holiday makers (particularly female holiday makers) made feel uncomfortable. Night time entertainment was none existent, Food was far from great, some inedible. The pool bar & food served was the only okay thing there. You could not pay me to go back to the Margarita and I'm far from fussy. Avoid this hotel if you're considering it.

Another great stay at the Margarita the hotel is spotless great staff and lovely food would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Hotel is far enough away from the ***** to avoid the noise but writhing 15 minutes walking distance if you want to go.

First of all the pros, great location and is a ten minute walk to the beach or the main *****. It’s a nice relaxed friendly hotel that works well as a base. However there isn’t much to do other than to sit around the pool. There is a kids “club”which does a few activities for a couple of hours every other day An old pool table and ping pong table that could do with an update The staff work really hard and always greeted you with a smile The food was freshly cooked in the pool bar area, which was chips, burgers, and hotdogs The evening entertainment was good, ABBA, and a female singer, others not so good and reminded me of lift music Hotel and rooms were always clean and tidy Food was good in the restaurant always hot, however lacked a little something. Ie trying to put an actual meal together. Meat was always delicious. And we never starved! Cons Not really an all inclusive, beers and wine always available, however spirits are only from 4pm. And as I only drink water or spirits. This wasn't ideal! In my opinion you should be able to grab a Bottled water throughout the day The rooms are noisy! So if you have inconsiderate neighbours or the cockerel you’re going to need ear plugs! Plus the doors are like prison ones and go with a bang Did I have a nice stay-yes would I come back- if the price was right again

What a lovely hotel. As you walk in to the front entrance you are greeted by the wonderful staff who were all really friendly during our stay. A special shout out to the pool bar staff and evening bar lady. The bar/restaurant area is light, comfortable and welcoming. The restaurant had plenty of tables and we never had an issue finding a table. We had a family room which was essentially 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. A double bed and 2 singles. Beds were the most comfortable i have slept in in a hotel so a big plus there. The whole hotel was immaculately clean and well cared for. Only 1 pool usable for kids the others were adult only or for those in superior rooms, however plenty of space in the pool and no issues getting a sunbed. Brilliant location close ish to the action but far enough to not be disturbed. Lovely mix of guests from young couples to families to older couples. The only complaints we had was the choice for food. Lacked variety but everything was high quality and food from pool bar was good for kids. Also in the evening having the juice machine operational would reduce the queues. Hotel would also benefit from water dispensers being available.

Me and my partner stayed here for 6 nights, the hotel is clean upon arrival and staff were very welcoming. Our room was clean and presentable. the trouble we had was how loud the rooms were. you could hear word for word the room next door, The doors for the rooms are difficult to close so pairing that with thin walls all you can hear is what sounds like people slamming doors all night, food was alright nothing outstanding nothing bad just mediocre a decent amount of choice however. However there was two outstanding staff members i would like to give a special shoutout to the bar lady in the main building was working day in and day out always with a smile and great service definitely needs a raise. and the guy at the pool bar was also very kind and also hard working. in conclusion the hotels good, staff are incredible only thing that lets it down is the paper thin walls.

This is a lovely hotel and one I would definitely return to. We had a really nice private pool room which was very peaceful, For anyone looking to book one of these rooms, we were in the middle of the row and the patio had full sun from about noon to 4pm. Food wise, it wasn't the biggest selection, but there was plenty of choices and was very tasty and the meat selection was lovely! Breakfast was great too. Possibly the best food we've tasted in many years of doing the all inc hotels.. If you're not travelling with kids, then the godsend for this hotel is the adult pool. Its so peaceful and relaxing and you can wander down at most times of the day and find a couple of beds. The last couple of days, the lad who worked the bar during the day was taking drinks orders around the pool which was great. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the bar situation during the evening. The pool bar wasn't open at night during the end of May and the only place to get drinks was the main bar. Often there was a queue 10 deep each night. Hope is absolutely amazing (give this lady a payrise..) and works so hard but it feels so unfair that she's left to deal with the demand at night on her own. That's my only criticism though to be honest. with regards to criticisms from last year. If you have a later checkout, then they no longer take your wristband at 11am. You're allowed to use the facilities all day.. To sum it up - great hotel. great location and a lovely base for your holiday.

Not as family friendly as advertised. Only 1 ramp to the building and when the door is shut not accessible at all as it can't be opened from the outside. Not good if you have a buggy as lots of little stairs. Food is the same day in day out. Restaurant and bar always late to open but close dead on time. Not a big drinker and would have loved a tea after 9pm but this is not a choice once restaurant is closed even though next to the bar. Pool ar not open in evening like advertised. Clean yes. Wouldn't stay again.
