A swimming pool is available and water is sold at a low price. Breakfast is delicious (there is also Greek yogurt, it seems to be homemade).
And it was nice that everyone was friendly. There's no elevator, but it's on the second floor, so they can carry all your luggage and there's plenty of hot water... It was comfortable. The location is close to the airport, and if you walk about 15 minutes, you'll find a bunch of restaurants. Be sure to eat souvlaki at Tazie's.

Air conditioning costs 10 euros per day. I was embarrassed because it was my first time charging a separate fee for air conditioning in a hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and only paid £20 for the night. I thought breakfast was included, but it cost 5 euros each... The menu wasn't worth paying for, but it was just B&B quality toast and boiled eggs... .Anyway, it was quiet, clean, and the swimming pool was nice, but… What I didn't understand about paying for the air conditioner was!! And if you are sensitive to water, be sure to buy bottled water and use it… .They didn't provide bottled water, and even when I brushed my teeth, the water seemed to smell salty... If you don't rent a car in Zakynthos, it would be a good idea to apply for hotel pick-up or reserve a taxi in advance. It was difficult to get from Zakynthos Bus Terminal to the hotel as there were no buses or taxis.

Just spent 9 nights at this lovely peaceful hidden gem.Vicky,Gus and the rest of the team are so friendly,nothing too much trouble for them.Rooms basic but that's Greece.Food at the bar was amazing especially the home cooked chips.Overall a fantastic holiday and we are planning on returning next year 🙂

Its that good we keep going back! Vicky, Gus and all the team cannot do enough for you. It really is a home from home in the most beautiful setting. The menu is extensive large portions and excellent. I really enjoyed the Greek Salad and club sandwiches not to mention the best pint of mythos! We love the location its not on thee main ***** its about 10-15 mins walk depending on your capability so i agree with other reviews that if you want to be in the thick of it this may not be for you. You cannot get a more peaceful beautiful location with the most friendly of hosts and staff. You may arrive as a stranger but you will leave as a friend.

I would like to thank vicky and gus for the bubbly and chocolates left in our room for my husband's birthday . It was a lovely thought and very much appreciated. It is a beautiful hotel and the surroundings are lovely. Hope to return . Thank you.
