Dolce Vita Residence

Lovely family run apartments, the staff are great and very welcoming. The apartments are not on the main ***** however they are only 10-15 mins walk away. The complex is small and friendly and very peaceful, rooms are aptly equipped with everything you need and are cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels provided every other day. Small bar area serving drinks and a selection of food which is good value, there are trips and car hire etc available through the owner(which I wasn’t aware of when booking) pool area is lovely and has plenty of beds and never a rush to save any. Would definitely book again because of the friendly helpful staff, each and everyone of them are a credit to the business, thank you for your hospitality

Worst hotel Poor facilities They don’t care about your comfort . Just want money.not a good location. Room not very clean, bathroom very small. Ask you to do an early check out . They make you charge for using the AC Conditoner. Towels very bad quality

My name is Tamicka and I stayed at Dolce vita residence it was an amazing time as I met the hosts named Joy and her family who made us feel comfortable as a black family and we felt like we knew them for along time. The place was tidy and clean and breakfast was excellent and freshy cooked. Would recommend Dolce vita to families who want to have a great time

Zoe welcomed us when we arrived, she was very pleasant and gave us all the information we needed, she can also sort out car hire, boat trips etc. The accommodation was nice and clean, the pool was lovely and cleaned every day, it's a 20 minute walk to the centre of kalamaki but a nice walk. Very peaceful location no noise at night. They also have a snack bar very reasonable prices, for breakfast and lunch. As there is only 12 apartments there were enough sunbeds to go round and the pool can be quite quiet at times. Taxi to and from the centre of kalamaki €8.

Just back from a super holiday at Dolce Vita Residence and a fantastic, relaxing time was had. We were greeted by the lovely Zoe on arrival who talked us through everything and showed us to our room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment because the 1 bedroom studios had all been snapped up. The beds were so comfortable and the air con (chargeable on arrival) was great. Only downsides were that the kitchen was small and dated as was the bathroom - the shower was extremely awkward to use - hence 4 star rather than 5 star. Having said that, it didn’t spoil our stay in any way. The pool area was really nice and relaxing and snacks and drinks are available from reception at a reasonable price (shout out to the receptionist as she was friendly and so helpful). Our rooms were cleaned daily, as was the pool and pool area. It’s about 10-15 minutes walk down to bars and restaurants in Kalamaki and we found a few great places to eat (Olive Tree, Michaelos & Parthenon). There was also a cafe called “Bakes and Coffee” a couple of minutes walk away which was excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I stayed here for 4 days and for the price I think it’s fair I paid £125 for 4 days I booked this last minute. In the studio apartment you get a cooker, fridge, storage space, tv and items so you can cook if you want to personally this wasn’t bad for 4 days if your staying a few days and you want to budget it’s perfect you can buy your own food. The host was very helpful she made sure I was comfortable I had travel she got me a bike so I could get around which will cost you 50/60 euro’s depending on your stay I was able to have late check out for a fee. Air conditioning is available for 5 euros a day. The sheets were changed daily which was nice and helpful. They have food available on the premises but if you want to cook your own food the supermarket is 700m away called ‘Mini Market’ where you can buy your groceries or they have a shop on the main road which is 2 minute walk turn left outside the gate and cross the field or you can just Google it. Roughly you’ll probably be spending €100 a day or more maybe I would recommend if your staying a few days nice pool, the main city centre is a 8 min cycle or if you a car quicker
