the hotel was excellent! Our room was massive, it had very comfortable beds, a great tv and a nice balcony with view of the pool. The bathroom was great too! The staff was amazing and very kind! Breakfast was amazing with many choices to choose from! It was also close to all the cities here and especially bochali which had the best view ever!

We spend 11 nights at Varres Hotel, personally I am very pleased with the way they treated us, the staff is friendly. Our rooms were spacious and clean, I love it! Having Air conditioning was extremely good! Warm outside, perfect temperature inside our rooms. We eat dinner many days at the Hotel, the food was great, and the staff by the pool friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to have the pool where the children and us spend time and enjoyed ourselves almost everyday. We even became fond of our cleaning lady, she was so sweet and helpful, she kept our rooms impecable. We loved Varres Hotel! If you are traveling with children I recommend this hotel, beautifully surrounded by olive trees, and not far from Zakynthos town.❤️

We’ve had such a great time here all the staff go out their way to help. Nothing is to much for them. The rooms are modern cleaned every day. The breakfast selection is amazing. We are definitely coming back to this hotel next year 100%. The hotel is in between Zakynthos town and tsivili. So probably best to hire some sort of transport. But don’t let that put you off though

Very beautiful hotel, in a very good location, close to the town, in a huge area, with olive trees and with a very nice view, of the mountain and the sea! It has all the amenities, both in the rooms, which are large, comfortable, with a/c, TV, fridge, safe and very clean, but also outside, with a swimming pool, playground, bar. The breakfast has a wide variety. The staff is very helpful, polite, smiling and willing to give information about anything. The only minus is the shower that has a curtain and the water comes out. Also don't forget the mosquito repellent, there are endless mosquitoes!!

We have never experienced anything like this before. There was no exact description of the entrance, just a neon sign in front of the entrance, especially since there are two entrances. We arrived in the evening and therefore didn't see an entrance sign, the other one was painted over. The breakfast was very meager, just enough to get a piece of toast, otherwise no bread or baguette, just a fried egg with bacon and dry cake and Nescafé tea or cocoa and a syrupy drink. Towels were not changed after a stay of 3 days, or the small towel was not changed and none were put down. Toilet paper was not changed, you had to go to reception first to find out if there was anything to eat there in the evening. Luckily we always drove into the city, unfortunately it wasn't within walking distance. Luckily we always get visits from two cute kittens. The only thing here is the pool, which is clean but the loungers are full of birds.

Very nice, very clean hotel with a super swimming pool 1.5 km from the city centre. Excellent because when you come back from the beach you go up the hill and you are very comfortable among olive trees and it is very relaxing. the location is ideal for visiting the whole island. Very kind staff available for my every request. the poolside restaurant is good and very comfortable. the rooms are large and clean. Silence and peace are guaranteed. we were very well. highly recommended. Necessary means of transport. Better for the island that I toured the whole car. The asphalt roads are in poor condition and ⚠️ I was staying in the block in front of the swimming pool.

Clean room and made with love😉 We were served like kings👌 Very good and plentiful dinner...even a candle🕯had been put on the birthday cake🎂We were able to rent a car for 30 euros per day at the foot of the hotel. Strategic location for visiting Zakynthos. They are a 1.5km outside of Zante town. From the hotel you can visit the whole island due to its location in Zakynthos, which is central.
