Exceptionally kind, helpful and friedly staff. Very good location, near to the National Park, and to the main walking Street. The rooms were very clean, but there wasn't any cleaning. The beds were too soft.

Great hotel and super friendly service! The first time I was there it was just a shock. You can order food to the room, for example, I bought sandwiches to the room every day and the food there is delicious, mainly tomato soup, the prices are the best!

Hôtel bien situé et propre. Petit bémol sur la literie un peu molle et sur l'insonorisation des chambres : bruits des douches et sanitaires des chambres voisines. D'autre part l'ACCUEIL laisse vraiment à désirer. Bonjour et sourires manquent à l'appel et sensation d'être constamment epiés de nos simples faits et gestes par des caméras avec visualisation constante par la personne à l'accueil dès le petit déjeuner et manque de respect auprès des clients par des réflexions inappropriées.
