The one-bedroom room is with a living room and kitchen, very warm feeling. The breakfast was delicious and exquisite. The front desk character is very good, all are relatively gentle types. The location is also very good, the surrounding is full of beautiful scenery, go back to the room to rest when you are tired, very happy journey.

Walkable distance from city center. You can get transport for famous places from there.
Beautiful and huge park near by as well.
Western and english breakfast with lots of varieties. Special counter for kids!
Entry to thermal bath for hotel guests. Of course chargeable.
Perfect gateway for family, friends and couple.
I will definitely visit again.
Few suggestions:
Pre book thermal bath and breakfast to save some bucks!

We are celebrating our jubilee wedding ceremony on the date of check-in. They gave us a great surprise : room upgrading, specially decorated with balloons, chocolate, campaign and a handwriting congratulations card....Appreciated!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including those in the restaurant.
The swimming pool and spa facilities are relaxing and comfortable.

UUrszula ZiółkowskaA wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

The location is not bad, the shopping street outside the hotel, you can buy hand letters, there are different restaurants, about 15 minutes walk from the train station/bus station. Great location (not far from the city center, but at the same time far enough from the noice of busy streets), helpful stuff, clean and spacious room with a balcony, delicious breakfast.

AAndrzej SzyszkoThe hotel is located close to Krupówki, 10 minutes' walk, beautiful view from the windows of Giewont. The room equipment dates back to the times of the Polish People's Republic, but in good condition.
Breakfasts were very good, lots of choice.
